I purchased a car from these gentleman the other day and something went wrong with it soon after. I brought it back the next day ready for them to tell me to go fly a kite. The response, in fact, was just the opposite. Mark offered to fix it or give me a full refund without any argument at all. They hopped right on it and took it to a mechanic for inspection. a couple of hours later, they explained the repair that would be done and offered me the option to continue with the purchase or let them buy it back. There was no pressure to decide. Used car salesman have a reputation that is, by and large, well deserved. Mark and Jeff break that stereotype with great customer service and a willingness to do the right thing. I dont think they were trying to sell me a lemon, sometimes things just go wrong when youre dealing with a used car. When I am in need of a used car again,I will definitely stop by to check out whats on their lot. Thanks guys!

Such a good experience I had to write about it. Mark, if only more auto dealers approached auto sales the way you do; your service is top notch! Anyone and I mean ANYONE looking at buying a used vehicle, pay Mark a visit. He is genuine guy that will get my recommendation any day of the week. Keep on doing what you are doing Mark.
