Yesterday I went into Earnhardt Liberty Kia to meet with Jim Burns and test drive the 2014 Kia Soul, this being my first car purchase I was uneasy about working with car salesman, I had already gone into two other local dealerships and been met with the stereotypical high pressure sales tactics. However the experience here was much different, Jim was great to wok with, we took the Soul for a drive right away and I loved how it felt, the only manual transmission soul they had on the lot was the alien green color (which I love) but I was told by both Jim and Wyn that if I wanted a different color they could get it there quickly. Because this was my first car purchase and I have a fairly new credit history when we went over the numbers Liberty was not able to get my payments exactly where I wanted them ($250/month) however they did get to $289 which was great. After going over the numbers I said that I liked the car but that there were a couple other cars that I wanted to look at and that I may be back later that day. No one talked down the other cars or told me anything purely negative, there was no pressure to stay on the lot and buy now now now like with other dealerships. After looking at two other cars at other dealerships I worked came back and bought the kia, everyone here was really great to work with and I would definitely recommend it.

Drove to the entrance and stopped at the parking lot after they were closed. My wife and kids were with me in the car, so we stopped for a minute to look around. This guy drives up behind us, and we didnt really notice. Maybe 10 seconds went by. He gets out of his car, and impatiently says in a raised voice, "You cant park here!" So I said, "Oh, sorry, do you work here?" (Since I saw he had on a KIA polo shirt and a nametag) And he just repeats himself, even more agitated and louder. So, I said, "Ok, sorry.", and rolled up my window and left, so he could move his car 5 feet and open the locked gate. I usually dont write online reviews, but this guy was such an over the top jerk, and I had some free time. Cant speak to the rest of the employees, but dont go to this guy. Middle aged man, gray/white hair, with a gray/white moustache, and overweight. Not trying to be mean, just descriptive. Some people dont belong in customer service or sales.

Great job Bob Haugland, He was very patient, thorough, helpful & has a lot of knowledge about the Kia Soul. He took a great deal of time with me last week & I was pleasantly surprised with the whole process. I really appreciated that he was not pushy. He has a nice sense of humor too-which made it more enjoyable. I really like my new Kia Soul--so fun to drive & lots of bells & whistles!! I will highly recommend him to others & the dealership was very respectful of my new purchase. They really mean it when they say "no bull". Thanks again.

I love my 2016 Kia Forte. Its affordable and economical, yet its got a sporty look and its pimped out with the latest technology. Mauricio Alves in financing helped me get a great deal even with less than desirable credit. Nathan West made the test driving and buying experiencing fun and took the time to introduce me to all of the features of my new car. It was a bit of a drive from the valley to Prescott, but Id do it again. The scenery is beautiful and the staff are great!

we bought a 2011 KIA two months ago and paid out deposit in two payments to them $1000.00 cash two weeks after we got car and then $ 500.00 two weeks later, paid off then two weeks later another $500.00 call to tell them said ok we will refund it be on phone with them for 3 days now no refund.They sold car lot to another company Ernhart Kia and no help I will not deal with any of these DEALERSHIPS agian!!!!!! The entire experience was different than any I have had at ANY dealership. From start to finish - I couldnt have asked for more. I felt really comfortable and the experience was what I had hoped it would be. I got answers on the phone and I received the same answers in person. I bought a Sorento and was treated like what I had to say was listened to. Really, really nice people.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. You can tell the employees enjoy their jobs and the atmosphere is very relaxed. No pressure.
