BEWARE!!!! I went in for a car that was a 2008 around 73xxx miles very decently priced. First thing noticed that the car wasnt cleaned on the inside and the sealing bumpers on the car doors and moon roof were falling off. I told this to Mina and they were fixed that day. Let me just say this, Mina is the best part about this place. She was helpful and only person that held a conversation. Back to the car, I ended up purchasing the car after said things were fixed. A day later my check engine light came. The day after that i realize the horn didnt work AT ALL, a light was broken and a handle for extra storage was broken. HOW DO YOU NOT CHECK THESE THINGS BEFORE SELLING A CAR!? So, I bring the car down on my day off which was 2 days later and spend 4 hours at the dealership and what do they do? Only clean the part thats causing the check engine light to come on and tell me, "we may need to replace it if it does it again" they dont fix the horn at all. So next day, 5 days after purchasing the car it completely stops when Im commuting to work. I call the place to have it towed and Pierre says they will not pay for that. After explaining once again all the issues Ive had and it hasnt even been a week with the car they wont pay for towing they FINALLY said they would. They have the car for the rest of the day and call me to tell me the gas gage was broken and that I was only out of gas. Again, isnt that something you check!? They keep it overnight since they dont have the part (shocking) and tell me the next day its ready. Heres the doozie, I purchased the car with a loan through my bank and the check was being mailed to the dealership. I called them back to see when I could pick it up and they told me they wouldnt release the car to me until they had the check ALTHOUGH they had a "guaranteed check" letter from bank stating it was on its way. The owner then BLAMED ME for not putting gas in the car and that I couldve avoided the situation. How was I suppose to know if the gas gage was broken!? I then asked to talk to Mina or Aalyiah and he said they werent there even though Mina had JUST left me a voicemail 1 minute prior he then changed his story to oh shes with a customer. I ended up telling them to keep the car because even if it was all fixed I would not want them to have my business or money.

These people were incredible - I was in a fender-bender (I was hit in a parking lot - so no-fault), and they were recommended to me by the driver who hit me. They were kind and personable when I went in for an estimate, making me feel at ease with a company I had never heard of before. TJ looked at the car and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I agreed to pay for the damages to the other car, and that he would pay for mine. (The damage was too small to involve the insurance companies). I left my car there for the three days it took for them to get the paint done just right. When I picked up the car (it was ready early), it was perfect - you could not tell any damage had occurred. They had also detailed the car. Then, to my surprise, when I asked who to make the check out to cover the other car, they said "no worries, well work it out so that its fair to you and the other driver". They gave a discount on my car such that his expenses paid for mine as well. It happened to be my birthday the day I picked it up, and this was a delightful birthday surprise for me! I will absolutely use Magic Auto for any body repair needs in the future!

Serendipity! That explains my experience with the great people of Magic Auto Sales and Service in Phoenix. It all started when I stopped at the NAPA store on Buckeye Rd. with an air conditioner problem in my Honda. NAPA sent me around the corner to their authorized repair center, Magic Auto. That was one of the best referrals of my life. They repaired my car for a fraction of what the dealership wanted and did it the next day. I had driven past Magic Auto dozens of times and never given it a second glance. To me it was just another used car lot along the side of the road, How Wrong I Was. Since my first encounter with these fine folks, my wife and I have purchased a 2014 BMW from them, had my wife’s car repaired and referred my son and two friends to them. All are very happy with our experiences at Magic Auto.

They are genuinely nice people and value their warranty. Never tried to oversell other products apart from the car. I brought a car from them which has been giving me constant trouble(the car is still under toyota warranty). Even Toyota was unable to fix it. However, they have been patient enough with it and taken the car to the toyota dealer to fix it atleast 5 times. They also gave me a loaner when my car was being fixed. I am hoping my car will get repaired soon but overall they have been extremely helpful. Inspite of the troubles I have had with my car, I would still recommend this dealer as they have some pretty good deals and honour their warranty.

I bought a car from them 2 times and had no problem. my first cars airbag light came on 2 weeks after i bought; however, car was under their warranty ,which was 3 months so I took it there and told me I have to leave the car I was not in situation to leave the car. I did not have a chance to go back for 5 months after I went back they still fixed my car for free. they are gentle and they dont over sale their products. my family and I take our car over there all the time for inspection, repair because, I trust them and I know they wont come up to me with list of repairs are not necessary. I recommend them 100%.

Amazing people here. Payman, Michelle, Enrique. Salt of the earth. For those of you who dont know what Salt of the Earth means; it means good and decent people (wink wink Michelle). You will get nothing but quality vehicles here. Me and my family have purchased a total of five, make that now six vehicles from them. Go on Fridays at about noon and you might catch some outdoor grilled tacos and fish from Enrique and his crew. Get your car here. Get your service here. Theyll take good care of you. The experience at magic auto is magical.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! As soon as you come in your are greeted with a smile! Everyone is so friendly and courteous. I really loved the variety of cars that they offered and the great prices. I was so pleased on how the young lady that assisted me Michelle was so eager to assist me and genuinely made me feel like she was there for me and answered all my questions and concerns and provided me with a long list of services that they offer there.
