I have gone to this petco a lot (I live right around the corner), but over the last few months they have really gone downhill. Its extremely difficult to get anyone to help with anything. Last night all I needed was crickets. I usually just get the ones they have bagged instead of trying to get anyone to bag some up for me because I dont want to deal with their bad attitudes, but they didnt have any small ones already bagged. Well I waited for at least 20 minutes and could not find anyone to get me crickets. This is far from the first time this has happened. Between their bad attitudes and horrible customer service I finally decided I wont return to this petco again. I will drive farther to a different one just to get decent service and hopefully people with decent attitudes.

I usually take my dog here to get groomed. Recently, I took her here and when I had asked the cashier for change for a $20 to get the groomer a tip, she rolled her eyes and rudely told me, " In the future, you cant get change unless you pay with cash". I asked why I couldnt leave a tip on the my debit card then? She snapped "ITS TWO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS!". She got a manager to get me change and the manager rolled her eyes at me as well and was very rude. I would understand if I asked to break a $100, but I asked for 4- $5 bills to give the groomer a tip. You would think Petco would want their customers to tip their workers. This wasnt the first time Ive dealt with rude employees here either. Unbelievable.

Been shopping here for awhile. Mostly for my fish. I have left disappointed with their customer service most of the time. They are not very friendly ever and love to argue stupid points. I always just get what I came for and leave. However tonight they were especially nasty and made my 12 year old daughter cry so we left our things and went to petsmart on Youngfield. I will not be doung anymore business with theim. I spend a lot of money on my pets. I wont pay to be treated this way or have my children treated this way. In all the time I have shopped here I have only been greeted with a smile once. Petco should hire employees that want to be there and want to help out.

No help staff have had do go back three times with two returns for bad sales knowledge. Sold me a turlte that needed a 40 gallon tank with a 20 gallon tank was told to being back the turtle for a return and discount on the new filter from brian cramer manager When I went in was told they couldnt give me a discount.... just do what you say your going to do.

The dog groomer with lots of tattoos and dreadlocks was extremely rude I do not re commmand going here the workers have very bad attitudes and the new manager does not care about costumers feelings so I then threw my loyalty card nicely on the floor and I now will not have the patience or time to go there at all!!!!!!!

They are wonderful here! Not my usual pet supplies spot, but I will definitely be returning. The staff is awesome and the prices arent too expensive! They have puppy play dates on the weekends which has been really great to give our new puppy a chance to socialize with other dogs around his age in a safe environment!

We bought a parakeet from them and the girl Mary helped us out so much with everything. I had done quite a but of reasearch before even buying the bird, but she went above and beyond by making sure we had the right cage to the type of food for our new feathered friend

Puppy Play Time is AWESOME!!! I highly recommend this free service for the good of socializing your puppy. The trainer Karen is so helpful!! She has definitely been a life saver for advice.

Impulsively got a new dog at the shelter. He was nervous and so hyper, he oeed inside 4 times. I was overwhelmed. They were immensely helpful getting me started, even have me coupons.
