Unfortunately, I cant recommend this store. I purchased a dog harness, but found it somewhere else at a lower price, so I tried to return the one I bought here. It was still unused, tags on, with receipt, and in the bag I brought it home in. When I tried to return it, I explained to the store owner that I bought it on a debit card that had since then been closed down due to legal issues, so it could not be refunded to that card. Although that card was out of commission, I had the card in hand with my i.d. to prove it was mine. So there was proof that the card was not stollen, and my i.d. matched my card. The store owner absolutely refused to refund cash. I had to then call my attorney to ask how to resolve it. After all was said and done, I had to bring a letter from the courts stating the reason for account closure, a letter from the bank stating this was indeed true, and a bank statement proving the funds had actually come out of my account, all to return a dog harness because the owner of this store thought I was scamming him, even though I had the card it was purchased on, with an i.d. to match. I could never reccomend shopping in a place that has so little faith in their customers. By the way, the harness I got at the better price was from Woof and Hoof in Ken Caryl. The store manager there is Sybelle, and she greets all her customers by name at the door. She will go out of her way to help you get what you need for the best price. If I order a whole case of dog food at once, she gives me a 10% discount. Maybe Pet Supply can take a lesson fro. Woof and Hoof and have some faith in their customers. With 4 dogs, I spend about 700$/month on my guys. You dont want to lose too many customers with multiple pets.....

IMG_0932.JPG IMG_0931.JPG They obviously dont take care of their fish as there was a skeleton in one of the tanks. One of the fish got stuck in the other fishs skelton at one point. If they arent noticing a dead fish to the point where it is now a Skeleton how often are they feeding the fish and taking care of the tank? This is not only disgusting but its sad. Never buying a fish here. I was given the excuse that it was because the fish were aggressive. If the fish had been killed by another fish why did no one notice a dead fish in the tank if they were taken care of every day? This is awful and someone needs to make sure that the manager or whomever has fish tank duty actually does their job. This is totally sick

I was greeted promptly by a gentleman named Aric who right away helped me find cat food and litter. When I found out my brand wasnt carried, he quickly asked a coworker named Jennifer if she had recommendations for something else similar to which she quickly responsed with an intense yes. I love this because she cared about what I was feeding my fur-baby and talked me through why she thinks it is going to be right for my cat. She took the time. In todays world you dont get that. Aric and Jennifer are two great employees who make your store great and will have me come back. I am sure your other employees are just as sincere and I will definitely be finding out in the future when I return.

We paid for the 5 wash card and they never gave us a card. After the first wash we were told we needed the card and when we did not have it the employees were not only unwilling to work with us at all but super rude and weird about it. Just make sure you get the card so you dont get ripped off too!

I brought my dog in to get washed and when we got to the baths the old gross manager was in one of the tubs jerkin his derkin to a picture of a cat if u go I would recommend not bringing kids and cleaning out the tubs

Its such a great store! Mainly because they hired such experienced people, the knowledge they have is so helpful. And the pet wash station has the perfect water temperature
