If you want a job, DONT COME HERE! Theyll promise you a raise, but wont give it to you. My daughter was recuperating from having been hit by a drunk driver and was due a raise at the same time. The manager, Phillip, told her that she could have been fired while she was out recuperating and didnt give it to her. Other managers are allowed to fraternize, sexually, with other employees, and nothing to be done about it. Then the other managers consistently lie to cover their tracks. Theres a lot of corruption in the "management" there, and this is a pathetic place to work. If it was possible to give a negative star rating, Id give this ridiculous store negative three stars.

i shop here mostly because its convenient to me, its huge. it has a huge selection... its funny what they dont have tho, like they often dont stock chicken stock...but they have oddball items you wouldnt expect. if it wasnt for glaring lack of details to BASICS like chicken-stock i would have no issue with them. im hoping they have permanently added it to their list now but it took them over a year of complaints before they even acknowledged someone would want stock instead of broth. theyve been sold out on my last three trips, im not sure ive had this problem at any other grocer ever. beyond the glaring exceptions they are well stocked (pun) and reasonably priced.

Thats was awful being I was dealing with store management! Kyle L. (Store management) refused to use coupons from my prescription and wasnt trying to figure a way to help the situation. He flat out told me he refused to use any more coupons in a different transaction. The store manager Rebbeca came fixed the problem without hesitation which could have been done easily by MR. Kyle L. Very disappointed by how he handled this and i would never want his services again! Other than that my cashier Whitney was very professional about the whole situation kudos to her for handling this way better than her manager did!

I called this to inquire about a certain product. The "chick" that answered the phone was the poorest damn version of customer service available. She put through to pharmacy which was probably closed at 7pm on Sunday evening. I waited for 2 minutes. I called again to speak with a manager to ask my question. I sat in the phone questions for another 4 minutes. Of course she did not answer the phone with a professional greeting of the store name or her name. Dont worry I will not be coming there to purchase anything from this pretty store with disgusting customer service.

Plenty of items and brands to shop from. This place has it all. Walmart hasnt anything to worry about when it comes to everything under one roof. But they do more then just sell you groceries. You can stop there for lunch or pickup dinner as well . Maybe even pick up a few things for repairs around the house and Hell I even saw a clothes section complete with shoes and dont forget to bring home the wine to go with your dinner.

I love this place. My favorite store. I even pilfered one of their employees to work for me and I couldnt be happier with her job performance. The only employee i have encountered that falls below the obvious customer service standard is "fake Donald Faison" he is more concerned with flirting with his co-workers than assisting shoppers through the self checkout line. But that hiccup asside, this is a great place to shop.

Many of the aisles I tried to go down were blocked with carts full of stuff...I assume they were carts with product to be stocked as there were quite a few holes but no one was doing so. The carts stood alone. All the associates I saw were standing around talking in pairs by the endcaps. It was quite frustrating trying to navigate the store and I quickly gave up without getting much.

This new Kroger sits where the old Cloverleaf Mall use to be and I must say what a brilliant idea to place Kroger here, everything you need is right here at this location. (food, clothes, shoes etc.)The one thing that I do miss is the furniture, other than that, great food, great prices, great pharmacy.....GREAT EVERYTHING!!! I LOVE KROGER!! Highly recommended

Left a review on Yelp - Angela, a co- manager has no people skills and gave me horrible customer service when I simply asked her or another employee help find my medication that was left there and these medications if not taken are often fatal- and her very rudely told me she is " not gonna walk back there to look for my medications" and cut me off!

Very clean, bright, great selection, free cookies for kids, better than average wine section, lots of local brews, good prices, and their curbside service is phenomenal. Its weird that they sell clothes, though. Not what I go to the grocery store for, but I guess somebody does or they wouldnt keep selling them. Best grocery store east of Wegmans.

I have had some issues with this store. From terrible customer service from the cashiers and baggers, bugs in the food, expired items like the greek yogurts still on the shelf, & lack of goods on the shelf-I shop here less & less & go to the nicer one on Ironbridge. The drive is longer but its worth it for better quality & friendlier service

What a great store. Really enjoyed the wines on clearance & the Starbucks specials. Big deli with fresh made lunch plates & a big salad bar. Fun store. Visit even if you have a usual store. Parking is oddly cramped at the 60 east store. Hicks road Kroger is better space wise & easier on parking distance.

You have to seriously pay attention to the prices and read your receipt! They will have a sign saying something is on sale and you get up to the checkout its ringing up as the regular price. I have had this happen to me several times. Almost makes me feel like theyre trying to rip people off.

Great people, quick checkout, and a very open and clean store. I was impressed that along with grocery they carry: deli, seafood, bakery, home goods, automotive parts and accessories, garden, clothing, a pharmacy and a fuel center. Its a great place for all your needs and great deals as well.

Great location with very helpful and friendly staff. The wide variety and local products in this location make it worth my time and drive. The produce section is usually well stocked but the customer service center is slow with transactions. Overall ots one of the best in the local area.

I love the atmosphere and how nice all the employees are there and I also like the fact that its a one-stop-shop you can get almost everything you need at that one store . Sincerely:Curtis R.Bowles

Large store with many fresh options, including a sushi bar. Huge wine selection but liquor is controlled by the State of Virginia so none of that available in the store. Locally produced milk in glass jars available.

Nice clean store with very helpful staff and having items that would appeal to many different shopping needs. Has many items that other grocery stores do not carry like a large variety of fruits, and organic items
