I bought a phone that I was told was a brand new phone and I asked the salesperson if I can unlock the phone. He stated all I had to do was call the company and they would unlock it. After 20 days I tried to unlock the phone and AT&T said they cannot unlock the phone for 6 months. I explained to them that the person selling me the phone did not say that. They said the salesman was wrong. Basically, they are scamming people. Then 25 days after buying the phone I got notified to do an AT&T software update after which the phone crashed and would not work at all. I returned to the store and told the store manager what happened and he called the company and said I only have 14 days to return the phone not the 1 year warranty I was told that I had. They then told me to contact Samsung because it is no longer their problem. Samsung said AT&T should have fixed the situation. This is basically a big scam.

I love my iPhone 6. I did not want to put a case on it and was NOT excited about shopping for a case. Erik at the Forest Hill location was wonderful. He listened to what I wanted - more importantly, what I didnt want. And was able to offer me some options - including those that were not actually in the store. He didnt try to up-sell me - just help me. Nathan joined in, and ultimately I got a case that I not only can live with but one I love! Just another note, while I was there they were super busy. But the team, everyone was kind, polite and attentive. Things appeared to run like a well oiled machine.

Its sad that the manager gives you the wrong information regarding restock fee and his staff Franco, even covered for the manager stating he dont know about the online proceeding for changing your phone within the 14 days time frame. ARE YOU KICKING ME!! Sad part I waited hours in the store for them to do nothing nor care that they are responsible for wrong information given and not taken blame but instead covering for there own mistakes, Waiting time crazy, staff member Franco sarcastic AND RUDE He didnt even care about our purchases. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE NOTHING AT ALL!!!!

Worst customer service ever, never fulfill what they promises, you see so many charges on your bills after you visit the store and then you will spend times on phones to customer service and this people to remove those charges, your account also get temporary disconnected for charges that they put it by mistake and then you pay for it which they made mistake and wait for credit, never use this store if you want piece of mind.

This store is awful. I was told by customer service corporate 1 800 number I could exchange my phone at any corporate owned store and they simply said I could only do it at the store it was purchased from. They proceeded to crowd me and say theres nothing they could do. Not a surprise there are two other reviews of 1 star. Somebody higher up needs to rid this store of existance.

I have been to this tore four times because it is nearest, but aside from one time when there was a woman behind the desk, the support there has been all kinds of awful from too many talking at me at once, too much pushing Direct TV, much misinformation, of just total non-helpfulness. Play with your games and chatter amongst yourselves guys.

The worst store ever. No one is helpful. Its always under staffed. If you are looking to get your problems solved, dont go to this store. Went there few times to get my new phone replaced because of it being faulty, they didnt do it. had to get it done from the other store with no problems at all.

Dont buy your phone accessories here - at least double the cost of anywhere else. They would not take back a phone cover that was still in a sealed, unopened box because it was purchased 3 weeks ago. Return policy is 14 days. I will never do business with them again.
