Poor customer service. I walked into this location and there were two gentlemen that were in the store. One was standing and the other was sitting at the table. The gentleman that was standing just looked up and I saw that he was a customer. The gentleman that was sitting at the table didnt acknowledge me or my sister when we walked into the store. He continued to talk to the other gentleman. Just know me and my sister will not visit this location anymore. And to the gentleman that did not acknowledge me just know that you lost a sale because of your disrespect that you showed tome and my sister.

Two experiences. Both awful. First time they literally wouldnt sell me a plan without DirecTV. Actually said all plans came with DirecTV. Second time, the guy waited until I wiped my trade in. Literally, waited and after I wiped it, said that the trade in value only goes towards accessories and I either had to pay full price for the phone or sign up for a plan. Worst deceptive dishonest service Ive ever experienced. Never again. Its a franchise. Go to the real stores. This one is trash.
