Having been in sales in another lifetime, I know it is generally taught that a happy customer may tell 2 people while an unhappy customer will tell 10. I trust what I am told until I know better & today, I am not a happy customer. More than 10 people will know this. I went to Enterprise on Wendover Ave. on Thur. 10-1-15 after being referred by Allegacy, my credit union. I found a car, 2012 Nissan Altima, loaded, which I liked and had all intentions of buying, even paid for it “in full” with a personal check, but only after being assured that my check would be held until the 7 day waiting period was up. This amount of time would allow me to make my decision and return the car with a $200 restocking fee if I decided not to purchase. I expressed how long it had taken for my son to receive his refund for a similar 5-day guarantee from another competitor. Noooo worries I was told the check will stay here. I assumed they may check the bank to confirm funds. The following Monday I found an Altima I liked better at another dealer and after reviewing my bank acct, found the check had been cashed the same evening of my transaction. I emailed & called and was told they were sorry, the sticky note indicating to {hold} the check must have fallen off. They would expedite the refund and send it to accounting, also include me on emails showing they had done so. I returned the car on Tues.10-5 (after 5 days) and was asked to sign a document that I owed $200. It would be deducted from my oeiginal check, which I should receive by Friday. I later found the document I had signed to read that all of my deposits and monies had been returned, as well as any vehicles they might be holding. That did not happen. I called the only Corporate number I could find, and was told that my problem & information would be forwarded to the Greensboro Regional Office, as this person was in the rental dept. It is now Saturday, 9 days later & I have yet to hear anything from Enterprise or receive the refund of my purchase, yet they have had the car & the $200 restocking fee since Tues. I will say that Chris, the sales person went above and beyond to sell the car and worked with me for some time. He was very helpful in details, However, I am unsure about the sticky note. I have always liked doing business with Enterprise in the car rental arena, this however, had jaded my opinion of the companies customer service. Buyer Beware

Worst car experience I have ever had. Have had car less than two weeks and already having to take to a dealership for repairs. Salesman will be glad to point you to a place that can repair it for you. hate the car so much trading it in for a new car and taking a loss. I got called about my experience only after I put this review out. No one in management knew what I went through 1. James the person who sold me the car did not notify his management team that I had asked what would it take to return my car and the fact that the only thing he did for me was to refer me to a repair shop, thus the entire experience was blamed on me 2. One thing I learned in life is that when you do bad things to people it comes back tenfold just because that is the way fate works. I feel much safer in the new car I have over the car from enterprise which helps me rest easier at night 3. When it boils down to it, enterprise is no different than any backwoods car dealership. I asked to see the repairs that had been done on my car and was conveniently told that they could not get them as they were confidential. 4. Rent the car before you buy it as it is the only way you can know you are getting a good car

My 2005 Dodge Neon kicked the bucket unexpectedly on me. I had to find a car fast and I was over whelmed because I hadnt anticipated having to car shop that quickly. Every car dealership (new and used) I stepped into I felt like I had to make quick decisions and that they were trying to tie me in to a sale I wasnt ready for or unsure of. I had been renting from Enterprise in the mean time and thought, "why not give their sales team a try." Will Putnam took me through the process and was so energetic and fun to shop with! I didnt feel like I was another sale to him, but that he wanted to help me find the perfect fit for me! He went out of his way to help me out and look into any questions or concerns I had. Him and Israel helped me get a GREAT trade in on my Neon and keep my new car within a price I was comfortable with, while getting the car I wanted!! I couldnt be more pleased with my 2016 Chevy Cruz LTZ. Not to mention I get free car washes from them for the life of the car!!!!! See-ya-bye Southern Pollen season!! :) If youre going to go the used route, this was definitely the route to take!

We had an extremely bad experience with the Atlanta enterprise in Marietta so we were skeptical, but salesman Kevin and his boss Israel from Greesboro, North Carolina RESTORED our faith in Enterprise. They are simply the best! They went over and beyond to accommodate our needs to get a car. Unlike our bad experience and drama with Marietta, GA , the Greensboro enterprise were Honest, courteous, professional, team players, kind, warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even came back in the office extremely early in the morning to prepare the car for travel when we needed to get our new car on the road early. They didnt complain, nor hesitate. It didnt seem like a typical car sales place, but more warm and friendly. We are from Atlanta and drove to their location to get a car, that should tell you how well worth it it was to have these two provide SUPERB service. If you are looking for a car, I wouldnt go anywhere else but to Kevin in Wendover Greensboro, North Carolina. THEY ARE THE BEST.....

This was the easiest car buying experience I ever had. My car was totaled Friday. I rented a weekend special from Enterprise. When I came in Monday to rent a car for the week while I searched, they offered to have Enterprise Sales call me, no pressure, just a contact. Tuesday I looked up "best used cars" on the internet to know what they cost. Path of least resistance, I went to Enterprise Sales late that afternoon with a list of what I needed in a car. The salesman took my list into another office leaving me with a cup of coffee, and returned with three possibilities that fit my description. Out in the lot I picked the color I liked best. He accepted credit card payment, took back the rental car, and off I went in my "new" (used) car, with which I am entirely satisfied! No comparison shopping, no bargaining, no agonizing over decisions. Done! Sales people very laid back, reassuring, helpful.

The team at Enterprise car sales are absolutely amazing. This was my first experience buying a car from an actual dealer and they made it seemless and fantastic. Most importantly I drove off the lot in a New car! Shout out to Will who is the man hundred grand !! Hes my new best friend :-) he listened to my needs and wants in a car and gave me exactly that in my price range. Israel is an absolute riot! He kept me laughing historically during my application process. Made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Israel secretly wishes he was from New York City (my hometown). Another hilarious inside joke we shared. I also had a non functioning Honda CR-V they gladly offered me something for it and put it towards my down payment. Im so pleased with my 2015 Volkswagen Jetta SE and Im even more pleased with the Enterprise Car sales team. Thank you so much guys. See you for my free car wash!
