I was in the market for purchasing a used Yukon Denali XL, one that was in good shape with no accidents, low mileage and good carfax report. I saw a Denali that caught my attention during a Sunday drive at Triad Auto Solutions. I was able to see the SUVs exterior however because they were closed I figured Id go back on Monday to test drive and see the interior. The minute I walked in Chris (salesman) greeted me and was very down to earth, not pushy at all which i appreciated. I informed him I was interested in the Denali and in no time he had the keys a tag and told me to look inside and take it for a ride, again no pressure. Upon returning I informed Chris that I liked the SUV but there were some things that I noticed that would prohibit me from making the purchase (minor things but enough for me to keep looking). His response was "You tell me what those issues are and we will get them fixed asap" this was not the response I was expecting. I informed him and he confidently stated "were going to get those things taken care of asap, get the SUV fully inspected and detailed for you so you can take it home" I was wowed that he was so confident that I would be willing to purchase but he was very correct in his assumption. I went in on a Monday and on Friday I was driving the car that I had spent months looking for. The issues I mentioned to Chris had been fixed and the car looked brand new when I went back on Friday for a final inspection, i was even offered a fair amount for my trade in. Chris Did an excellent job and I would highly recommend you asking for him if youre wanting someone that is going to look out for your best interest and not make you feel pressured! I forgot to mention Jesse the Finance Manager!! She was also A+, very friendly, professional and was willing to answer questions and assist wherever needed. Awesome job by both Chris and Jesse in the Greensboro location!!! Now that Ive had the SUV for about 3 days, there were some minor issues that I noticed, I called Chris, he spoke with the Service advisor Scott and they asked me to bring the SUV back so they could correct those issues!! Now this is what great customer service feels like! I didnt want them to think I was being nit-picky about every little thing but when you purchase a new/used car you want to walk away not second guessing your purchase and these guys have been top notch!!! If anything changes I will advise but I must say, Im very impressed and will be recommending family and friends to go visit Triad Auto Solutions in Greensboro and ask for Chris and once you finish with Chris, Jesse will be waiting in the wings with a smile and if there are issues, Scott will be the man to make sure you dont have issues! I could go on and on but if you guys over at Triad Auto solutions are reading this I want to say "Job Well Done" you have earned my respect and thus far have done an excellent job and made me feel like part of the family!! Keep up the good work! Update: I had to take my car back because there were some issues that needed to be corrected. Chris and Jesse did everything in their power to get my issues resolved and although it took longer than expected to correct the issue, it was done and appears to have been done correctly (Id much rather it take longer and have it done the right way than to have a rush job and the issue is still not corrected). I was provided a loaner which was greatly appreciated. So even if there are issues which is a rarity, they will make sure youre taken care of. Thanks again Family

The WORST car buying experience! Filing a complaint now with BBB! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Im out of state buyer. Bought the car from them, Jaguar Vanden plus, paid the next day in full via bank check. The car, after few days, arrived with many scratched all over the car and bumper was damaged ( not from transportation company), trunk didnt open, floormats were taken out ( they were inside on the pictures description) and thats 600$ floor mats!!!! on Jaguar VDP! They provided only one mikkey mouse made key ( original costs $500, they made this in locksmith) , warning messeges on the dash( they specifialy said there were none) When i called in and asked to address these problems, they refused to communicate, the paperwork they sent they included NON ORBITRAL agreement, means i cant even sue them for misrepresenting the sale. OTHERWISE they said they will not send me a title. I did sign those papers and returned them the very next day overnight mail....up to this day (its been 2 weeks) i still have not recieved the title! I call every day, leave messeges and texts, NO COMMUNICATON BACK whatsover. When i texted: YOU BASTARD! the guy name Tony who was handling the sale quickly called back and start wining how he is too much of the man not to be paying attention to someone who calls him names...Well at this point who are they if not bastards? TELL ME HOW I SHOULD CALL THEM NOW?? They he challalenges me to call him that into his face and jumping on a plane for that. THATS SO CHILDISH! WHAT IS THIS BUSINESS???? How is this business still operational?? This is America, and these people should be dealt with according the constitution. STAY AWAY AND SPREAD THE WORD! WHAT A SHAME! I HOPE they read this and think real hard of how they treat customers. Basicaly they got the money and...relax....they not interested to help you ANYMORE. They said they are busy with OTHER customers, who they havent got money from yet. JUST BASTARDS!

I bought a 2006 BMW 325 i from this place. Dont work with Ryan , he will try to speak over you and his professionalism is non existant. On the day of my purchase I got into an argument with him because he had decided to let his shop people take an illegal tint in a rushed half ass way without notifying me first. He lied about a lot of things. And for starters the manager Tom Wayman is not anymore professional than Ryan. I will say Richard was a great salesperson who excellent customer service skills. Be aware this place doesnt not live by the honor system and they are running a scam with FOREIGN ACCENTS WHOSE OWNER IS Randy. Randy checked this BMW out for me for a pre-purchase inspection and told me he had no idea who the guys at triad auto solutions were. Not even a month after purchasing the car ever light you can think of came on from engine, transmission, brake and so on. BEWARE TRIAD AUTO SOLUTIONS MUST HAVE CUT A DEAL WITH FOREIGN ACCENTS TO GET THEM TO PASS THE CAR FOR INSPECTION BECAUSE I HAVE NOT EVEN PUT 50 miles on the car and all the lights came on. I understand I bought a used car and I was aware I had to put money into it but no one should have to pay $8995 for a car and it not be able to move 3 weeks after purchasing it. While its not all triad auto solutions fault and Foreign accents is as equally responsible I just find it sad that someone would sell a car knowing it would have these issues. I feel like triad auto solutions " put a bandaid on the vehicle and made a deal with foreign accents just to make some money." It is what it is I just want everyone to think twice before buying any of their cars and using foreign accents to check the car out. Guess I know why they were so eager for me to get the loan through my credit union so they could make some money. Ill pray for you triad auto solutions as a business ! Richard good job on your part. Buyers be smarter than I was and keep on driving past them !!!
