Terrible, Terrible!!! Where do I start!!! The sales guy Francois knew nothing about prices of the cars. He gave me different prices than the owner. The owner Mike is just rude and curses all of the time like a sailor! The cars are garbage, they dont clean the cars or do any maintenance on them. They just buy them from the auction, park them on the lot and sell them as is, no warranty. No oil change record, no inspection papers, Lug nuts missing! All the mats for the car was missing, even the cargo wood for the trunk missing. They didnt even give me the original key to the car when I bought it. They said I had the original key, even though I know that the original key was used for the test drive! Please dont go there unsure of what car you want they will be rude to you. I have bought many used cars in my lifetime and have never been treated with such disrespect. PLEASE beware of AMANA AUTO SALES. The most awful customer service I have experienced!!! Due to their car having extensive damage and not being able to be covered by my insurance company! Mike didnt want to fix the damages or put me in another car with less damage. After further research about the company, I will definitely be reporting them to the BBB. I would just hate for anyone else to be in a horrible situation with this company. The lemon law does not apply to used cars which is a crying shame. Please be careful when buying a car from any dealership!

I leased an in 09 Nissan Altima from Mike, I had it for about 2 years and got behind on payments (two months) at first he worked out a deal with me but when I called to find out my total balance he cursed me out in told me that he didnt want to do business with me,all because I asked for the total balance left on the car!! Mind you when he repoed my car he started making accusations about how the engine light was on and that I wasnt taking care of the maintenance so he added on a repair fee that I knew nothing about said that he replaced my battery and charged me but did not replace my battery at all this guy is a rip-off I do not recommend

The 2 top reviews are very misleading one is mechanics son in back Gabriel,im in the process of helping customers that have been victimized a large group,please do your research before purchase pay close attention to contracts cars are 2-3xs NADA value and will be marked 0% finance 0% Interest,do not be a victim,customers are not qualified on credit status for better terms its one flat rate no discount for payout earlier than term agreed upon,very predatory loans!As for quality be sure go on website check the 2006 BMW 525I out and 2007 Nissan Pathfinder both have Lights on dash BMW master warning light and Nissan Service Engine Soon!

This dealership is beyond horrible sold me 2 vehicles that came back salvaged after attempting to register and no valid inspections and then attempted to say I didnt pay for one after he released title,there are many many car dealers in Greensboro if you want quality vehicles,to be treated with respect and a good buying experience do not go here!!
