I previously posted a review regarding a used vehicle purchase I made 3 years ago at this location. I had nothing but problems with the vehicle all within 30,000 miles and I was extremely upset and frustrated. The review was harsh and detailed, as I listed everything that went wrong and the money I had to spend to make it right. I would like to add that I had no problem with the buying experience, just the vehicle itself. I received a response to the review, along with a telephone call from the sales manager, Mark, within 24 hours of posting it. He said although I might be certain in my decision not to work with them again, he would like to try to help me with my situation. He, as well as another sales representative, Yat, came through with flying colors. They understood my frustration, and worked with me to resolve my situation completely. I explained everything to Mark, who was empathetic and willing to work with me. He found a vehicle I might be interested in, and asked me to come into the dealership. I arrived somewhat skeptical, but was immediately comforted by Yats hospitality and understanding. He showed me the vehicle that Mark recommended, as well as another I was interested in. To make a long story short(er), they paid the remaining balance of the vehicle I had numerous problems with, and gave me a great deal on another. I said I would never patronize this location again, but after the way they handled my problem professionally, cordially, and with empathy, I would definitely take what I said back. Bravo, Mercedes Benz of Pittsburgh!

I only gave this dealership a star because you have to. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I unfortunately had to buy my smart car from there because they are the only local dealership and the experience has been nothing but a headache. I was told that the smart cars fuel gauge did not go all the way to full, however when I filled it for the first time it worked just fine, so the just didn't want to give a full tank of gas with the purchase. ( come on its a smart car it only costs 25 bucks to fill it) Second their finance manager was off a few days, so the first day I went they told me I couldn't buy a car at all that day because they had no one to do the paperwork. I went back the following day to fill out the paperwork and pickup the vehicle. The finance manager once again was not in so someone who had no clue about the paperwork tried to fill in. I signed paperwork and drove away only to be called the next day and told that the paperwork was all wrong and I would have to come back again!!!! On the 4th trip to this dealership I finally signed the correct paperwork to a totally different bank! That is a pretty big mistake! I told the manager about the horrible experience I have had and he slunked away and avoided the situation! Really? This dealership is awful and the salespeople are awful, if you go there make sure Dominique the finance manager is in or you will have to come back to fix all the mistakes they will make!

Well.. where to begin with this one? Called the night before and checked to see if they had a car available to come look at tomorrow. Well the guy (SAM) told me that it was available and that it would be here tomorrow. He would call me if any changes happend. the next day he texted me asking if i was still coming in. Confirmed i would be there. As i got there he started going on about the car fax and what all was wrong with the car. Saying that it wasnt bad, only needed 500 in repairs. Later he started trying to persuade me into a BMW or Mercedes and to lease. Was not at all in the price range of what i told him. Then After wards I declined the offers he was throwing at me, He left the room for a second, came back and said that the car had 2000 dollars in repairs that needed to be done... It didnt seem legit, afterwards he said that the car was already sold by someone putting a deposit down yesterday.... HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, Dont go here! They use bait cars

We purchased a vehicle from Logan last week. He made us feel like we were purchasing a million dollar car! By far one of best experiences ever! He was very sweet and no matter how many questions I had, he was very sweet and kind! Everyone we met and walked by smiled and hello. They even said hello to my fur baby (my little Maltese) They made our buying experience wonderful. I dont usually write reviews but I had to write one for them because they were all nice. The reveal was one of the best and you couldnt tell us we werent buying a million dollar car! Thank you guys and ladies for a wonderful experience! Thank you, Chris for being so nice while showing us the bells and whistles of our new edition! I have purchased more than my share of cars. I have never had an experience so good when buying a car. I cannot imagine buying a car from anywhere else. Sam and Greg made sure that we were getting a deal that we were extremely comfortable with and nothing less. I have already been back to try to trade in another vehicle for another Mercedes. In addition I have sent two friends to purchase vehicles. Chris also took the time to make sure my wife was comfortable with every operation the vehicle is capable of. I really appreciate all the help and attention. My wife is always uncomfortable with change and they have made the transition for her much easier than expected. I will buy more vehicles from Mercedes Pittsburgh

I bought a car from Mercedes Benz of Pittsburgh via online. I live in St. Louis, MO and wasnt able to see the vehicle before I bought it. I spoke with Steve and he was very nice, helpful and honest. He sent me additional pictures of the car via text message and was easy to contact with any questions. They were by far the best price on the internet, almost to good to be true. The car had a clean title, carfax and autocheck and passed safety and emissions in Missouri with no problem. After my purchase I received a handwritten letter in the mail thanking me for my business. You just dont see that kind of service anymore. I would highly recommend them and will definitely consider them for all future purchases.

They let me drive an unsafe and unfinished car !! I was told that my S550 had problems with ECU, but they ended up changing starter batter and couple of stuff which I didnt think was necessary. The car never started after I drove it back home and the service consultants excuse was not acceptable. I tried starting the car couple of times and the engine blew puffing heavy smoke. I popped the hood only to find that some parts were hanging without properly assembly, wires crossing and worn off insulation and the engine cover was missing. Ignoring the crazy amount I paid for this service I cannot believe they let me drive an unfinished and unsafe car !!
