We had a horrendous experience with this dealer. I called and spoke with John. Since we live 1-1/2 hours away, I asked him if he would take a look at the car and let me know if there was anything we should be aware of before making the drive. I specifically asked him to check the paint. He told me the car was in amazing condition and didnt have so much as a chip in the paint. The damage from the reported accident appeared to have been repaired properly. However, there were serious issues with the rear of the vehicle. It was obvious that this vehicle had been involved in another accident that was not reported on Carfax. The trunk appeared to have been replaced with a hail damaged one from a junk yard. The paint must not have matched because they SPRAY PAINTED it. There were lots of runs in the paint everywhere on the trunk and spoiler. It certainly wasnt perfect paint like John claimed. The spoiler was cracked across half the length. The bumper had several damaged places that werent fixed plus there was white primer on the black paint from when they spray painted the trunk. There was also damage to the paint on the side panel from where they taped it off during the "paint job". These issues were so obvious that I find it hard to believe they did not notice them. They are in the car business after all. I saw them easily enough and I know nothing about cars. We asked Vicki (the owner) about the damage to the rear of the car. She acknowledged that it was definitely an issue and apologized that we wasted our time driving so far to come see it. She said she was going to have their paint guy take a look at it. I told her I was sure that the car had been in an accident and explained that I was more concerned with the damage to the vehicle than the paint. She said she would be addressing the problems with the car first thing in the morning. She offered to have someone drive the car to us once the repairs were complete so we wouldnt have to drive to Greensboro again. Vicki called around lunch the next day to let me know that the paint issues had all been fixed. In half a day? She said they sanded the runs down and touched up the paint. Hmmm, sounds like quality work there. She said her paint guy looked at the car and said that the car had not been in an accident and that the trunk was probably painted due to clear coat issues. I told her I was positive the car had been in an accident and pointed out the hail damage to ONLY the trunk as proof that it had been replaced. She said she would have him look at it again to see if he could tell if the trunk was original. She called me back close to the end of the business day. She said they put the car on a lift and determined that there was a part that wasnt factory on the rear of the car and finally acknowledged that the car had been in an accident. When I asked that the car be checked by a third-party to determine if it was repaired properly, Vicki apologized that the car wouldnt work for us and acted like she wasnt interested in trying to sell it to us anymore. Once again, I explained that I just wanted it to be checked by a shop to make sure that it had been repaired properly. She was not interested in having that done. She said I could drive back up there and take the car myself to a shop and I would have to pay to have it checked. I told her that I had someone local to me that offered to check it and asked that they have someone bring the car to Mooresville like she had offered to do the previous day. She said that isnt something that they do. I made the comment that she was acting like she didnt want to sell the car to us because we are aware of the damage. Instead, she is going to wait for the next unsuspecting customer to walk in off the street and buy it. She said that wasnt true and they would PROBABLY disclose it to the next customer. PROBABLY??? Geez! These people are as unethical as they come.

Excellent service!!! It was a pleasure purchasing a vehicle from Auto Choices after the treatment I received at a local big name dealership in Burlington that sells Hondas (hint hint). After calling to see if the vehicle was available, they had it ready to go with the top down when I got there (even after not showing up the day prior due to the other dealership wasting 3 hours of my time). The salespersons laid back attitude put my wife at ease and allowed us to take our time to make our decision, even watching our 10 year old son during the test drive. Their website described the car perfectly and there were no surprises when viewed in person, actually better shape than a 13 year old car should be. Again, thank you for the excellent, no pressure sales experience we had at your dealership! If only you controlled the weather so I could leave the top down every day. Jesse B.

BEWARE OF VICKI (the owner). Tom (sales manager) was nice to help my wife and I find the car that was right for us. We signed all the papers and were switching our personal things to our new car when Vicki called tom to tell him we cant have the car until we get the title. This disturbed us as we had already done business, but we gave her the benefit of the doubt and were told they would deliver the car as soon as we got the title. We got the title the next day (Saturday) and called Monday to be told that Vicki had sold our car. We are a young Christian couple and were expecting honest service, but it turned out to be cunning and evasive! Just wanted to state the facts of what happened in our experience with this dealer, if you choose to go here I hope your experience is much better than ours was.

Bought a 2012 Honda Civic from them today. Had been communicating via telephone with Tom. Wonderful, curteous and professional people at that dealership. Tom really went the extra mile to accomodate me and my granddaughter. Very friendly folks. I am especially impressed with the great warranty that they offer on the used cars to their customers that is price inclusive. That makes it really worthwhile and gives that extra security one longs for when buying a used vehicle. Thanks Tom and the rest of the folks there. Granddaughter loves her car. She drove it home (45 miles) to my house and did great. This was a very pleasant and big event for her. Her first car. Tom, you made a big impression on her. Thank you.

I found my Jeep through an advertisement on Craigslist and 20 minutes after looking at the ad I was on the lot looking at the car. This was the first car I ever bought and the staff was so nice and went out of their way to make sure I was happy and comfortable with everything. I bought the car with a rather large dent in the passenger door and Vicki set me up with a great body shop and got me a great price to fix it. The people at Auto Choices, especially Vicki, made my first car buying experience fantastic. They dont just treat you like a customer, they act like theyve known you for years and are truly great people. I will definitely be sending people looking for a car to their business.
