THIS IS THE WORST PETCO EVER!!! I was interested in purchasing a snake and asked to hold it. They said you need to be 18 to hold animals. I gave him my ID and he wouldnt let me hold a snake. Why? Because my 16 year year old friend had a "bad" attitude. My friend asked where it says you have to be 18? Apparently that is having a bad attitude. The people who work here are totally morons who dont even care about animals and are completely untrained with customer service. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT PETCO AGAIN!!

I just had a very wonderful experience with your cashier. She was VERY personable and extremely nice and helpful. NO, I do not know her. I am a customer only. Having said that I will now say this. Pet-Co needs to do their best to keep this young lady. Her name is Jessica and she is a great asset to your company. I have shopped your store # 1454 in Harrisville for years and have met some awesome employees but none have surpassed the qualities of Jessica. I have no idea what her last name is.

I am very disappointed with the customer service at this Petco. I went in to return some things and the person who was checking me out was very ignorant. Most of the employees are not much help and dont seem to care to explain things. I can only recall one employee there who has gone out of their way to be personalbe and very kind. This store needs more people like that.

Prices seem a little high here. My little Chihuahua picked up kennel cough here when be brought him in to be groomed. I wished they screened for that before admitting animals into their washing and drying bays. However, their service is always impeccable and the staff seem genuinely happy to be there.

Horrendous customer service. The manager literally rolled her eyes at me, which is extremely unprofessional. I will never shop at Petco again, especially the Harrisville, Utah Petco. Unless youre looking to be treated badly, I implore you to take your pet business elsewhere.

They did a good job cleaning my golden retriever. they ran out of time to trim him but thats ok it was Christmas eve so Im not mad. he smelled so much better afterwards. He didnt seem scared or upset. They even gave us some lotion for his paws free of charge. great place

I usually would say petco is great cause it is a great company but when you have idiots in a store named Nikki who knows nothing of anima is and will kill your pets with her a dvice believe me she has killed 2 of mine I would never recommend going to this store :)
