Went for comprehensive pet exam today. Asked desk associate where the form to accept or decline additional services was.....she said it wasnt required...said "its all good". Then we waited 45 minutes past our scheduled appt time. Then when we went in for our exam the vet asst. Was clicking all over the computer like she didnt know what she was doing....went to the sane screen several times and couldnt find the pull down menus she needed. I asked if my pets were getting shots...she said. ..."uuuuummmm, not that I could tell"... uh hello....not very reassuring that you know what your doing with my animals. Then she tried to put a leash on my dog that already had a harness on. I said to just take her in her harness. ...so she grabbed my cat in her carrier then said they will be in touch and drug my dog (a chihuahua) out of the room. Why couldnt she pick up the tiny dog.....beats me but she is lucky I didnt flip out on her. And since when do we not meet with doctors to discuss concerns and everything for the exams. Dropping them off with a half wit assistant is a first. Been going there for YEARS....last time for sure. Looking for new location.

I always come to the grooming to get my dogs nails trim, till today, I was taking like WTH! When I got the bill, I was wondering why I was paying 8 dollar more? I felt so turn off because I am deaf and NOONE KNOW how to COMMUNICATE with a deaf customer! I was blessed that the Banfield was able to help me out, the front end person know sign language and was able to come and interpreted what was going on. I was told ... it was a package for trim and grimb? and ear clean. FIRST of all I did NOT ask for package or the lady who work at the grooming DID NOT explain or ASK if I want a special or anything. I did NOT want my dog ear clean, her ear was very clean, I ONLY CAME FOR NAILs done! I am not coming back. You just lost your regular customer. GET YOUR EMPLOYEE to learn SIGN LANGUAGE or any basic when meet a customer that may not speak english. I did get get other Banfield worker to help before I saw the front end that know sign language. Thank you for trying to make the best of out it.

I had a wonderful experience with the Petsmart hotel on agua fwy, Phoenix az. They took excellent care of my dog Baby. I was very nervous about leaving my dog because I have read good and bad reviews about Petsmart. I was soooo happy that I let Petsmart take care of my dog. They treated her like I would treat her. The manager Laura Gengler answered all of my concerns about letting them board my dog. She was wonderful with me. I wish every manager was like Laura. Petsmart boarded my dog for 5 nights. If I have to board my dog again they will be the only one I will use. My dog was great when I came to pick her up, I could tell they let her go to the bathroom when she needed to because she was fine when I took her outside. I was amazed she didnt have to go to the bathroom. I give Petsmart 5 Stars and a thumbs up for being so caring. Denise Crawford

The associates are rude. I wanted to see a hermit crab shell to compare to mine at home it. I just asked to look at it I didnt ask how much or to purchase it. They were rude told me its not for sale, cool thanks I didnt intend on buying in the first place. The two by the fish gave me dirty looks and reluctantly help. The only helpful associate was the girl in blue hair who cheerfully directed me to the restrooms. And the manager gave me looks following me to the exit. Sorry I dont look rich like the people from Deer Valley but Im still a costumer

HATED IT !!!VERY unhappy, halo adoption was very helpful when it came to viewing and asking questions, the help was very helpful, but after we picked out a really sweet little girl, and paid for her, they went in back to bring out our new addition, but was told there was a health issue, told us to take her to a vet at our expense or they would keep her and give us a voucher, which I didnt want either all I wanted was my refund, which the corporate would only allow a voucher, very unprofessional, never will i ever deal with halo adoption..

We really like PetSmart if you have any kind of a pet they all have what you need. We buy our tropical fish at Petsmart and weve had real good luck with them a surviving healthy. They sell all kinds of pet food I have no doubt that you would find the food for your pet if you shopped at PetSmart. This location also has a the pet hotel so if youre on vacation you can leave your pet at PetSmart.. they have a veterinarian on duty during regular open hours. They also have a great staff in their grooming department for dogs and cats.

The manager, Donna, was incredible. My girlfriend and I just got our first puppy and Donna went out of her way to show us the right products we would need, to explain caring for a puppy and just being extremely friendly during our entire shopping experience. No pressure sales and she recommended us to a local vet for the puppy shots. This will be our go to store for our puppys needs. Thank you Donna!

The doggie day camp is the best. My pup has so much fun each time I sign him for daycamp. The staff at the pethotel are angels..very sweet, kind and absolutely love every dog that comes to the facility. Boarded my dog couple of times...highly recommend the day camp for over energetic pups.

Drive to the 7th ave location. Zero customer service, not helpful and even rude when I asked to speak to a manager. This is one location our rescue will not be shopping at. Food is better at Petco anyway, and HALO is at this location at all times, I should have expected the poor service

Shadow works in the grooming salon at Petsmart on the 101 and 27th ave. I took my dog in for a hair cut and bath today, she did the best cut my dog has had in his 8 1/2 years of grooming, from now on I will request Shadow by name when Harley needs a bath/ hair cut. Robyn

Biggest petsmart Ive seen yet. Holy cow. I wonder if the one in New York is bigger. Probably is but who cares. Youre probably not going to be able to fly to New York just to go to petsmart. Lets be real now people. But in all seriousness they need more cashiers.
