This place is horrible! Ive had nothing but problems from day 1. They staff is inattentive to simple things. Issue 1- they sold me cheap tires that were on promotion in the middle of the winter. My car would slide right through red lights when trying to come to a complete stop. I went back to have them replaced with another tire. Issue 2- when switching the tires out for something cheaper and what I thought was better they did not want to refund me the difference because I purchased promotion tires. Instead they gave me a free oil change, when the difference didnt even amount to an oil change. I should have received more than $100 in oil changes Issue 3- Air light kept going on and off they told me it was some part that should have been replaced in the tire. They replaced I went on my way. Issue 4- Came back because the air light was still constantly coming on. They told me nothing was wrong with the tires according to them. But they did not give me any direction on what it might be or what to do. Instead my air light now switches over to TPMS which was not on prior and now does NOT turn off. I was told this is a typical Honda issue. Now, I never know when my tire pressure is low because the sensor will always remain on the TPMS unless I get all four sensors replaced. Issue 5- 3 weeks ago I went there to get an oil change and asked them to rotate the tires and to give me a status of the tires because my car was driving terrible. They told me my tires were 50% worn and are in great condition. I knew something was majorly wrong with my tires because my car was viberating intensely so I went to the Mavis in Bartonsville. PS. the tires are cupping, are completely bald, and will never pass inspection, but according to the Marshalls Creek location they are in good condition and had 50% wear. I travel over 2 1/2 hours everyday 100 miles a day. My primary concern is making sure I am safe during my commute. The Bartonsville location are amazing! They took their time in not only explaining what was happening with my tires, but showed me the proof and why I was feeling the vibration. The Marshalls Creek location could careless about your safety and say whatever you want to hear to please you. I tried time and time again to expess my concerns and give them a chance. I will never step foot in there again, even though its location is convient. I rather drive 25 minutes to the Mavis in Bartonsville. The workers in Marshalls Creek should take lessons on the Bartonsville crew. The Marshalls Creek location is good for one thing, if you need an inspection and your car needs major work.. go there they will pass you because they over look EVERYTHING! Beware of this place. STAY AWAY! They dont even deserve one star!

I have used this location multiple times in the last year and each time I have been satisfied with the level of service but my most recent experience has really impressed me. While shopping at Price Chopper my cars anti-theft system activated and locked down my car. Ignition wouldnt move, shift stick was locked, and pedals wouldnt budge either. I tried resetting the anti-theft system by disconnecting the battery, using a different set of keys and a few other tricks to try to unlock my car all to no avail. Luckily Mavis is right next store to Price Chopper. I walked over and left the keys with them so they could take a look. The next day they called saying the car is working fine, it started for them with no problem, they checked the starter & the alternator and everything was A-OK. When I went to pick it up they handed over the keys and did not charge me a single penny. They could have easily charged me for the time it took to look at it and I wouldnt have batted an eye. I am always cautious when dealing with chain auto centers but this location is honest, the mechanics are knowledgeable and their prices are fair. Their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend using them for your repairs they are a business that you can trust to get the job done and not rip you off.

The worst possible place ever. First off the wait is ridiculous (even with an appointment) but most importantly the company is full of liars. My husband and I took both of our new vehicles to be inspected here when my husbands car came out we immediately noticed scratches all along the car. We brought this up with the manager who saod the regional manager would review the video and get back to us.... this was approximately 3 months ago the regional manager never contacted us the store manager called and told us the scratches were already on the car based off the video.... I know for a fact they were not and requested the video be sent to me. Ive called numerous times and each time Ive been given the same answer "well get back to you by the end of the day" here we are 3 months later no calls no video no nothing... Mavis must think my husband and I have forgotten this situation however we have not and I will be getting my attorney to start contact with them

I had a wheel alignment done at this location. They offered me a $20 discount for the alignment and completed it within about 45 mins. I watched as they took time to check my vehicle and accurately complete the job. The staff was very polite, informative and friendly. Was overall very pleased with the service and the alignment itself. There equipment is top notch and reasonable in price. Gladly will be a returning customer.

Manager/desk personnel will overestimate the abilities of Mavis mechanics for the sake of a building a sale. Manager/desk personnel does not respect your time; hes already at work, so your inconvenience is not relevant. Disingenuous manager/desk personnel; only appeared concerned once my husband advocated on my behalf.

I usually try to avoid the chain stores for things that have to do with the tires on my car for a simple reason that most places cant balance the tire well enough to behave well on higher speeds but this place is run well and do great job including properly balancing tires.
