Do NOT go here unless you expect time to wait in line at LEAST 20-25 minutes!! There can be one person ahead of you with only 1-4 items, and for some reason the cashiers move so slow and engage in useless gab that it infuriates me. I went into this store last week for 2 small items(against my better judgement) and was in line for 25 minutes. To me, the lack of speed and unimportant banter is beyond disrespectful. aesthetically the store is an eyesore. I once bought a printer there...got home only to find the torn and retaped box was missing parts so I had to return it. Which meant waiting for my turn in the customer service line for ANOTHER 25 minutes. I HATE THIS STORE!!! Worst selection & customer service Ive ever experienced!!

Girl on customer service desk was rude other sat night.she was ring up customers and I had a question.she throw my reward card back on counter and said Im going to have to wait .she should be on register ringing if thats what she wants to do not customers service..I know its Christmas and they are busy but no need to be rude.i was willing to wait but I was at customer service desk waiting while she was ringing up customers ..get more cashiers..is this the person kmart wants as its 1st impression..she only had to say Im sorry we are short handed Im ringing can you come back later for you question.kindness goes a long way.i did get my question answer by the manager as he walking around the store.

This Kmart has been around since I was kid. I used to take a risky shortcut across the PA turnpike to walk here. This Kmart is cleaner than most and seems to have more items in stock. On average the prices are higher than W******s, but you can still find some good deals here.

This Kmart is okay to go to, a little run down which is typical of most Kmart stores. It is better than the Willow Grove location. I usually dont shop at Kmart but sometimes go when I need something for cheap.

Its got layaway so its good for Xmas but it is a extremely outdated store the cash register are antiques but the people are nice and its never busy like walmart
