Dropped my battery off to be charged. Asked the man if i can have a quick charge and he responded they didnt have a quick charge it would take a hour and a half. So i dropped my battery off and come back almost 2 hours later and he tells me that the machine turned off. Come to find out he never charged my battery and had it for 2 hours. I took it somewhere else and it charged just fine. Worst service ever received and by a manger non the less. They knew not to give me anything else with a survey on it. Horrible horrible service.

I had an extraordinary guest-experience with Brian tonight who took the time to understand my frustration in using an A/C recharger kit. Not only was he confident in knowing what worked, came out and selflessly helped me. This store has always been good but was even better with this experience. Its the small things. I was greeted immediately. I believe the associates name was Nicholas. 7:35am on a Wednesday. He got me exactly what I needed and without asking, installed a wiper blade for me. The last time I was in I received the same kind of customer service. I highly recommend this store!
