"Healthy Fish" apparently means the fish will arrive alive and will live for three hours. If they die after that (and subsequently infect and kill other fish in your pond) they will wait almost a week to call back and then they will try to blame everything on you even when the fish were acclamated according to their directions and when all water tests came up normal. After spending over a thousand dollars on fish that died within 24 hours, I was given a one hundred dollar store credit, which I could pretty much only spend on food because there is no way I would ever buy fish from this company again.
