Zeks was outstanding in all respects. We needed to have a 35-yr-old wedding band repaired - again. It is a simple thin gold band, so over the years, it has eroded and split. This is about the 4th time. Last time, we took it back to the big-name chain jeweler where wed bought it. 3 weeks went by before we called to get it back and only *then* did they tell us that it would be *another* 2 weeks and $120 to repair. A simple gold band. Anyway, less than 2 years later, it needed repair again, so we took a gamble and tried Zeks. He looked at it, smiled, and told us it would take 10 minutes and about one-tenth the cost. He took it in the back and re-emerged with it all fixed up and shining beautifully. It *did* take 10 minutes because he spent some time pleasantly talking to us. Very friendly, knowledgeable, "old world skills". I cant recommend him highly enough. WE will certainly go to him again whenever we need jewelry or repairs.

I am only giving this place one star because i HAVE TO. Tomorrow will be the day I go back for the THIRD time, because a DIAMOND fell out. I understand the first time it may be possible, the second a few weeks later and I begged just to get a new setting. Once again they said they would take care of it if it happened again, and IT DID. Something so beautiful yet so hurtful to have to look down on and feel cheap! I am so hurt, a special moment in my life and I have to constantly worry if a diamond is going to come off. I dont trust them at all in telling me they will take care of anything. They are full of broken promises. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

See Yuhan at Ceylan for the best deals. I went to about 20 jewelry stores shopping around, no one came close to the price I paid, plus the diamond was certified, no one else offered a certified diamond for the price I paid. I posted pictures of their business card and the ring I bought, and she said yes, btw. Thank you again Yuhan. I also wanted to mention how helpful Yuhan was, many of the stores I went to would shrug your shoulder or expect you to be an expert, Yuhan took the time to teach, great salesman.

It can be overwhelming walking in here but there is one person you must go to. Tony at the Jewelry Source. He is one of the most honest and fair salesman Ive ever met. He has a great selection and is not looking to just make a sale but keep a customer. I bought my fiancés engagement ring from him and I couldnt be happier. We are going ack to him for our wedding bands. Anyone I know looking for jewelry I tell them to go see him because they will not be disappointed.

Pacific Jewelry are thieves- they are at the woodbridge jewelry exchange. they stole 2 brides diamonds out of their rings while they were getting cleaned.. cops had to be called for 2 different clients with the same issue.
