I was very disappointed when I ordered a beautiful bouquet that I found on their website. When I arrived to pick them up they were not the flowers that I had ordered. I was charged for the flowers that I ordered and was going to have them delivered but I for some good reason changed my mind and picked them up. I refused to take the bouquet they had for me. I have ordered from here many many times but it was always for delivery so I never knew what I paid for! Now that I went for a pick up.... I will NEVER EVER order from this shop EVER AGAIN! Please be AWARE that you will NOT get what you pay for nor will you get what you see on their website!! Very UNPLEASED, and would NOT recommend ANYONE to buy flowers for anyone that you love here! King soopers is better than this place. Wish I knew this earlier since I order from them all the time :( Wish I could give a corner of a star they dont deserve 1 star!!!

I was delivered a bouquet of flowers yesterday for my anniversary. The bouquet contained both roses and Lilys. Every single Lily on the bouquet is dead, broken, and mostly brown - when the color should have been pink. The bouquet all together looked as if it were just thrown together. I called the phone number on the card that was along with the flowers and a man named William answered and was not helpful and just plain rude. He said he would have someone call me back but could not provide any contact information to reach out to someone myself and when I asked for an email for your flower shop, William hung up on me. Disappointing experience all around.

I couldnt say enough about how wonderful Artistic Flowers was to work with for our wedding. I went in with a vague idea of how I wanted my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets to look, and I brought pictures for inspiration. Franklin was very enthusiastic and he gave some tips on which flowers would look best together. The price was just right as well, and on my wedding day, I almost cried seeing my bouquet in person. It was above and beyond what I had dreamed, and the flowers were very fresh and didnt wilt at all. I couldnt be happier with their service and the finished product! 10/10 highly recommend!

Everything here is very tasteful and everyone that works here is very sweet and helpful. I purchased a beautiful arangement of flowers here with the lovely help of their designers. They helped me choose and customize a flower arrangement so it would be perfect for my mothers taste :) I really appreciate all their help and tastefulness and patience with me. the arrangement I bought was just perfect. They had such a beautiful selection it was hard for me to choose but they helped me decide and my mom was so happy and pleased with her flowers. Thank you all so much ☺️

This place is amazing! The most beautiful flower bouquets I have ever seen, they do same day delivery, and they are the nicest people ever! I have ordered a few bouquets from them, and will never order from anyone else again. The service is above and beyond, and you have an amazing selection to choose from. I will definitely be back, its hard to find a all-around good florist these days...

Excellent customer service, fresh colorful exotic arrangement that lasted over two weeks plus "to die for" local homemade chocolates! The place to go for the "WOW" factor is definitely Artistic Flowers and Gifts!!! Something for every price range, yet always impressive and so appreciated!
