Horrible experience, purchased a bedroom set 3 weeks ago and it turns out the person who printed my contract left the (bed) part out of my BEDroom set! Delivery scheduling was a pain, I had to call 3 different days just to get half of what I was supposed to receive, thankfully I didnt buy my mattress there because otherwise id be sleeping bare on the floor of my new home right now! I notified a manager who asked me to drive into the office again to resign a new contract, walked in to sign and they told me i have to wait another week for the remaining part of my set, I was told they would lend me a loaner frame -lies, they couldnt print a new contract so I was told they would email me a copy to sign in a few hours, its 1am and still no contact -more lies. I am vert disappointed I wish I wouldve shopped somewhere else, they are unorganized, late, liars and ultimately the worst experience ever! Dont shop here, I wish someone wouldve told me this prior to going.

People there are nice, but delivery and product suck, i bought a full king living room set 2 yrs ago paid over 2000 for it and just recently one of the running boards broke in half! To my suprise the interior of the running board was some type of pressed cardboard material, NOT SOLID WOOD!! I called and ask about this because i was told everything was solid wood, and deflected the question and said there would be a charge just to inspect it! Anyways im not about to spend on another one right now so went and bought some stuff to get it going for now but will not buy there EVER AGAIN!! BE AWARE!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!.

Very bad experience calling the customer service in McAllen, TX. I was just asking how come our new account isnt found in their system. Then this guy, lucky you I didnt get your name cuz if I did, Ill mention it here. Anyway, this guy doesnt know what hes saying, or rather he didnt understand what Im trying to say. Very incompetent! He reset our profile when there is nothing wrong with it. He said that it has been blocked, but guess what? I can access our profile account! Jeez. I had to call the 1-800 toll free instead, then thank god, they fixed it right away with no confusion or so whatever!

Beautiful furniture. We bought a jewelry "dresser", for lack of better words. It was the last one, and it was defective. We couldnt trade it because it was the last one. We didnt return it because I could fix it.
