I went to this particular STAPLES on two separate occasions to have posters printed. The first time I went, they hadnt printed out the amount I asked for and some of the posters had apparently been used as cutting boards because they had slits running down the middle. The second time I went, they had only printed one of the two posters I needed. Both times, they charged me full price.

I went to the staples in Pharr to get a score printed and they did a horrible job and refused to take the blame! I immediately came to this one and was helped right away and i got exactly what I needed with no extra charge! Thank you for all your help!
