The office I work in is down the street from this location and when we run out of ink or any office supplies I go to this location. I cannot praise the staff here enough. Every single time that Ive been they have dropped everything to help. Its not just sometimes, it has been every single time Ive gone in and with every staff member. I called earlier today to see if they had a specific ink - they did, and they had it waiting for me at the counter, and when I walked in and asked about ink they knew exactly who I was and I was in and out in two seconds. Best location! Wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

I have found this store to be very disorganized and severly understaffed. Each time I visit I end up asking myself why I went. A customer shouldnt have to compare SKUs in order to use a coupon - mark those products! The cashier works the floor so if a customer has a question, anyone who wants to check out ends up waiting. They also cover the copy machines.
