So I went there last week w/ my surface and I had to leave it w/ them because my touchscreen stopped working they called me that night and told me they could not fix it and this could have happened do to an upgrade they did so I went there to pick it up 5 days later. I asked george someone that works there to speak to a manager he told there was no manager in store yet. He also told me that if i dont like there products or there customer service i should go a few stores down to the Apple store, I would think they want to keep there customers not chase them away. And wrong thing to say to someone that has an ipad for 4yrs and never had a problem w/it. So I asked to speak to a regional manager and all of a sudden a manager appeared he said let me try to do uploads to it do I had to leave it w them another hour I dont know why this wasnt done sooner but ok. Well anyway they couldnt help me and I will never buy anything thing from Microsoft and there customer service is terrible. And there technical dept. does not know what there doing.

Helpless, Clueless, useless. Brought in a 16GB, 250GB SSD, Surface pro 4 that crashed and refuses to do a clean Windows 10 installation, either online downloading the OS directly from Microsoft or downloading and trying to install through USB rescue usb, both crash giving disk errors, and the teen joke of support declared the device hardware error free! The teen joke of support, inserted a USB and 10 seconds later declared the SSD fine. I asked them to run a chkdsk and/or scanf to see the errors, they had no idea what that was. Asked them to try to install the OS, and they would see the errors trying to do a clean install, nothing doing. If this is the Microsoft idea of support I see their PC/laptop hardware to have the same luck as their smart phones in the marketplace no matter how much they spend on advertising..

My computer was bought there. It had a Microsoft Office onedrive unlimited offer. They told ime if it was extended for yo to 5 years I could have unlimited for 5 years. Bought the extended warranty. Now. Almost 2 years later, Microsoft isnt honoring the unlimited data plan. My 365 office is,practically, useless. I dont have enough data to work on any new projects. The people at the store sold me this plan, but wont do anything about making sure their word is kept. In fact, one guy there told me the"as a human" he feels I will lose this argument. Someone else said I had plenty of warning, which I didnt, almost sounding as if its my fault. Microsoft company stinks. DONT BUY FROM MICROSOFT? the one positive thing is, I do like my Dell computer I got there.

I kind of cant praise this store enough - the staff is absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly, genuinly kind and helpful. If they see you sitting in the store tyring something out for a while, they literally offer to get you a drink, like water or tea. The Microsoft Store concept in general is also much nicer than Id expected; its far easier to shop here than at a store like Bestbuy. The prices are competive to the prices at online stores. And most importantly, the products come with absoutely no crapware, so the device you buy is clean and pure. Their insurance progam also seems pretty legit, though Ive not used it yet.

After all of my times of going to the Microsoft Store to get a phone, laptop or any Microsoft device fixed, they always cared. Today, 5/1/16, the staff was very disrespectful to us. I can not remember the guys name but he said that he could not help us. The other lady, could not remember her name, but she was trying everything but then the guy cut her off and told us they could not do anything. One hour later, I decided to try to recover the lost data my self. What a surprise, I did it and now all of the data is back, using one of their tools. I would not recommend going to this store.

Nicely welcomed at our entrance. Our appointment was delayed so they offered the three of us water or soda while we waited. Nice touch. Reps were all very nice. Went again today 9-10-16. Reps could not have been any nicer or more accommodating!!! Jamie Lee and Anthony were not only enjoyable and fun to talk to but extremely helpful! I run a large business and would love to have a bunch of Jamie Lees and Anthonys. Ill always support this place because their team is amazing and love the product.

Horrible customer service. The tech staff loves to ignore the customer!!!!! I had problems with my laptop and I needed tech support. I spent one hour before my app... I needed tech support for my laptop. I spent one and half hour for this purpose to finally realize the Tech staff is just ignoring me. The tech support staff named Kevin and Mario love to ignore the customers They should be fired. Stay away from this store, there are better computer stores.

It is a nice store, looks wise, but the sales staff was not what it should have been. I sat at a device, clearly interested for at least 15 minutes, making eye contacts with several sales associates that were standing around talking to each other and nobody came over to help me or even ask if I had any questions. I ended up leaving the store empty handed.

The staff is helpful and knowledgeable without getting in your way. There are plenty of tablets, phones and laptops to get a good feel of hardware and the new Windows 8. Although the Microsoft Store aesthetic is similar to the Apple Store, its OK—clean lines and no clutter make for a good shopping experience.

I had a good experience at this store, but the rep who helped me seemed a little uneasy and uninformed. He didnt really know the difference between two devices I was deciding between, but I dont blame the experience completely on him. I was still happy after making my purchase and leaving the store.

This Microsoft store has only two types of employees. Chill, and not chill. One let me use the 3D printer for 3 hours, and the other yelled at me for trying to use the new Surface Pro™. Only go if you want to play Dance Dance Revolution™ outside and get stared at by everyone in the mall.

IT technician named Matt was awesome. Had 3 issues with 2 separate computers and he fixed everything. Did it all in under 15 minutes, too. I highly recommend him and this store for any customers with Microsoft products.
