Dear AT&T, I would like to share my story with your company and anyone else who would like to read. Saturday I had your new Digital Life Security system installed. The installer was kind enough to disconnect my old system that worked fine and put it aside for me knowing that I had purchased it from my previous provider during the installation process of your system. I had two entry points, one motion sensor and two security cameras installed. The security cameras seemed to work just fine until it got dark out. The night vision works so poorly that I could not tell if there was a man, woman or bear at my front door that night when a friend knocked on my door Saturday evening. The video camera system that you offer was why I switched security companies to yours. I was only paying $35/month with my old company and now I was willing to pay for your cameras and pay an additional $20/month for your services. I called Sunday afternoon and your company offered to give me 30% off of my bill for 8 months. Not really sure how that makes my cameras better but I explained that I just wanted them to work or to remove them. AT&T offered to send a technician out the following Saturday to see if they could repair them. Sunday night/Monday morning at 5am my motion detector went off waking me. I feared that someone had broken into my house and went downstairs to clear the house. No one had gotten into the house, the alarm had simply failed. I called AT&T and asked to have the system removed. I was kept on the phone for 45 minutes (mostly on hold) being offered one discount after another to keep a system that obviously does not work. I was finally able to cancel (within the 14 day "remorse period At&T offers even know NYS Law gives a 3 day period without charges) but was told that I was going to be charged $99.99 re-stocking fee! You have to be kidding me!!!!!!!!!! The installer just put about 8 holes in my walls, siding and sheetrock. The damage is a minimum of $500 and you think that I am going to pay $99.99? I asked to speak with the manager, the young lady said that would be another 10 minutes because he was in a meeting. I asked for a returned call and was told that they cannot make out going calls (its 2014, get real!), so I waited. After the manager told me that I had to pay, I asked to speak with his manager and was told NO. That his boss could not be contacted, via email or phone. So, I called the store where I placed the order, Newburgh, NY 12550 and asked to speak to the store manager. I was told that they were busy and would return my phone call. That was yesterday at 11am. I am still waiting for that call. So, here I am on Wednesday with a security system that doesnt work, $500 minimum in damages and an uninstalled security system that did work and AT&T refused to reinstall. Oh, and did I mention that I called my old security provider and they are charging me $300 to reinstall my system that worked before AT&T ripped it out? Long story short, dont buy AT&Ts terrible "digital life" system. It is horrible and ridiculously over priced for low grade equipment. And AT&T, thank you for the $99.99 re-stocking fee, $500 in damages and $300 for reinstalling a working system. That is almost a $1000 for believing in your company. I will never make that mistake again and will share my story with everyone I know!!!! Dan L

Terrible customer service at this location, and as a result, I am no longer an ATT customer. My existing contract had expired and I wanted to know what sort of incentives ATT could offer if I remained a customer after 10 years of loyalty. I discussed various plans with the service associate, Gustavo, who was rude and uninterested in providing any information. It was obvious he was annoyed at having to show up to work. Instead of trying to keep my business, he said there would be a $40 charge to switch to another ATT plan if I went off the current (expired) plan. I asked to waive the fees. He went "to ask his manager," and came back 5 minutes later and said no. I left the store, drove to Verizon, and called the manager to say they F****D up and that I would never be back. Verizon store was fantastic.

This store has very poor customer service. Just purchased a charger that we felt was over priced return less than 5 minutes later to get a refund and they placed my elderly mom on a waiting list for a return. Seriously? Why dont they have a counter for returns? They act as if they are the Apple Store. Their employees are on their phones doing other things besides work. No one can take a minute for a simple return? Instead of looking around and doing nothing? Insulting, unprofessional and very poor customer service. Will be contacting corporate.

When I walked in there was no one there to greet me. I didnt know who worked there since some employees had street clothes on(No At&t shirt on). Once I was assisted by Miriam, I was very pleased. She was kind and courteous and hooked me up with a great promotion from SAMSUNG, which I had some difficulties figuring out. The store was nice and clean they just need to work on there customer greetings.

Place is a joke. Waited over 50 minutes to pick up a phone. JUST PICK UP. The one guy was more busy flirting with the customer than helping someone else out and the other looked like he was falling asleep helping out a family. I cancelled my order and walked out.

Bad just bad. The people know nothing from the features to the phone to the price of the contract. Train your employees please! I asked about three different phones and got not a single straight answer. Me: Is this phone water resistant? Employee: "Maybe".

Worst mistake i ever made. They have given me the run around for hours over paying off my disconnect fee! Service getting the phone was great, but as soon as you sign they forget all about service! Now stand to lose $532!!!! Would give negative stars if i could
