Totally terrible six months of lies for a love seat chair fully paid for which was never delivered to store clerk continued to tell me furniture was in storage I asked to see chair in warehouse so I could take chair home same day on my friends truckhe stated he couldnt because he didnt have warehouse help for a chair that was located on second tier pallet behind multiple boxes of furniture and it was wrong color then stated he could not deliver Furniture until 2 days after current conversations. So asked for my money back. Very very very disappointed poor Customer service and no respect for customer. Then to make a statement we deliver in surrounding area like Lyndhurst Richmonds Heights Sad Sad Sad very unforgiving Just tell Customer item is not available for ordering

I have purchased a bedroom set from this store and I am very much pleased with the whole experience starting from entering the store and ending with the final results! Absolutely excellent customer service I have ever seen - from the sales associates to the owner of the store. The sales associates were very knowledgeable about the furniture pieces displayed on the floor and in the catalogs, answered my questions, and were very patient. The quality of the furniture that I received on time is excellent! The delivery guys were great, friendly, acted with professionalism and assembled the bedroom set fast.. I will definitely recommend the Team of iStyle Furniture to all my friends and plan to come back with future furniture purchasing needs.

I style furniture is the best furniture store I have ever shopped in. The moment I was gritted by the sales representative I knew that this is the pace ware I’m going to buy. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. We picked out a new kitchen table with chairs. As well as a new living room set. I got the most beautiful couch set which are very contemporary black and white colors. I get complements from all people who come to my house. The delivery was on time as promised, my furniture was assembled and set up ware I wanted it. As well as a company representative called and double checks that was satisfied. I will definitely be back to do more shopping. Thank you.

This is the worst furniture store, other tha bellastanza, i ve ever been to. They have very poor customer service and they dont even give u the item you paid for. They will tell you a lie then offer you somthing else that they will be adamant that its better quality than the item you paid for. ( i thought i was getting the best one first let them tell it). I understand that its a business but they are legally robbing people especially with the prices they got

I have been at this store many times. Every time I come in, it looks even more amazing than before. Great choices on contemporary furniture designs. Unique accessories and lamps. They have bedrooms, dining, living, rugs and lighting. Last year I purchased convertible sofa bed for my son. I will recommend this store to European furniture lovers.

Poor customer, too busy selling to help a customer. He also said we lied to him when we filled out the application incorrectly on accident. And the same counch & ottoman, we found cheaper else where by $650!
