After a ball game we went to qdoba for dinner & decided to try Insomnia out on a whim. First, the prices. Good lord! A six pack of "non specialty" cookies was over $8!! You could go to the store & buy 2 or 3 chubs of cookie dough for that & make about 4 or 5 times the number of cookies. Then theres the quality. These arent bad cookies, but they arent special either. For about $1.50 a cookie, they should be memorable. Either in exceptional taste, or size. They were neither. I guess if youre in a rush & have money to burn, its not bad, Im just too cost conscious.

I live in a different state, so I thought this would be a cute surprise for my grandmother. I ordered them, received my email confirmation and the nearly $50 charge came out of my checking account. The day of delivery she sat on the first floor of her assisted living home because she is in a wheelchair and didnt think she would make it down fast enough. I told her there would be a delivery for her, being it was her 90th birthday!!! She waited until after 5pm and nothing ever showed. Thanks for letting down not only me but her!!

Pricey specialty chain. Very moist, buttery cookies for in-store, pick-up, or delivery. Smores and peanut butter deluxe are great. Of course, dont forget the milk, also available here. At $1.50 for a regular and $3.00 for a large cookie, these are quite expensive compared to other desert options downtown, and the shop only has minimal seating. The price is justified for deliveries, but in-shop, I recommend going for the mix-in ice-cream choices.

second time ordering from this place. both times the idiots cant find where I live. then after driving to the location, the rude employee directs be to customer service and does nothing about the fact that I waited 45 mins before receiving a phone call from them and had to drive myself to get an order I placed for delivery. ridiculous.

Worst ever! I tried to order some cookies, and they wont even come to my house, they only go where they can walk it seems. Very upsetting, the lady on the phone for "customer service" was a great laugh, and she wouldnt help me, nor can I call the office in our town. Im very angry. DONT TRY TO ORDER, THEY WONT COME!!

Overpriced, undercooked and simply a waste of time. Nine dollars for two raw, greasy cookies? Why dont they just charge people for a handful of cookie batter? Avoid this place and their salmonella-filled nightmares, people, unless you plan on giving them away to others you dont care about.

The customer service for this business is horrible. Im not talking about in the store I"m talking about the 800 Number you call to let them know they have messed up your order. The guy was so rude and didnt care about anything I had to say. UGH

I walked in hungry for a cookie after a succulent Qdoba meal. The cookies hit the spot better than I thought they would. Theyve got a nice selection of cookies and theyre soft, moist and full of yum

Delivery driver just cut me off and almost caused an accident. I called customer service with a license plate number, they dont care. Dont support a business that makes our streets unsafe.
