This was absolutely the worst experience that Ive experienced at a service based business in a long time. My mother made an eye exam appointment for my son at 3:20pm by 5:00pm my son had still not been seen! Let me also mention that my son is Autistic and can experience extreme anxiety in public and when waiting. They were fully informed! After waiting patiently for over an hour, I decided to speak to both managers on the floor. I was not offered any explanation other than the two doctors available were running way behind and that they were taking client based on their need. Really?!! I want someone to explain to me, what client could need more attention than an autistic child that has been trying his hardest to wait patiently for over an hour?! This is not an emergency room! And its in the middle of the mall, how urgent could the issues be to cause over an hour wait for a scheduled appointment? They have no respect for paying customers time! If I would have shown up 15 minutes late, I guarantee I wouldnt have been seen but they are over an hour behind and we are just expected to wait AND pay full price?! The staff had no concern or empathy for THEIR scheduling issues! Nor did they apologize for waiting our time! I will never ever come here again and I will be posting this for all 280K of my social followers! To the staff, you guys need to learn to respect your paying customers time and schedule your appointments better. The reviews all over the internet show this is a normal occurrence.
Great Sales Staff 2nd pair of transition frames and Rx lenses at LensCrafters. I had an excellent customer experience in this same store over a year ago. I walked in having somewhat of an idea what I wanted and was greeted by the excellent Rachel. She helped and guided me thru most of the buying experience. I opted to get a new Rx at that time which was of course, more money. The Eye Doctor, herself, was warm and explained everything to me. Glasses are pricey and youre going to spend good money even if you are trying to scrimp. Great service and knowledgeable cross trained staff.
I had went on 2/3/16 around 2pm, had stood around looking at frames, wasnt greeted or thanked for looking, wasnt approached to ask if i needed help. Wasnt even spoken to from any employee. Terrible service
Good selection of frames. Recommend to talk to Guy, he seems very knowledgable and helped find the problem that other techs could not find. Thanks man!
