I am a very happy customer. I went to see Curtis about a new pair of new prescription eye glasses. This was a replacement for my old prescription which was 23 years old. So you know I really needed new glasses. One of the reasons I put off buying a new pair of glasses, is because I am 62 years old, had know idea at all about currents fashion trends. My current fashion look was, lets say the old fogy look and by the way I carry that look very well. My second reason for putting off buying new prescription eyeglasses was the cost. To tell you the truth I am one very cheep, grumpy old man and I check around for glasses for a long time. I saved money buying my glasses from Indi Visual Eyes. If I had it all to do over again. I will would by from Curtis again and would be happy to pay a higher price because of the very high level of customer service. Curtis made it very easy for me. He asked what frames I like most and I said I had no idea at all what looks good or not so good. He just picked out one asked me to look in a mirror and to tell him what I thought. To tell you the truth I have always had a hard time looking at myself in a mirror. I think of myself as a young strong able young man. But when I look in the mirror I see someone else looking back at me who is lets say about 40 years older and not so able looking. So I closed my eyes and told him that these glasses looked acceptable. Curtis had my new eyeglasses ready for me in only a few days. When I came in to have them fitted I was surprised learn how bad my vision was before. I refer to my new ability to see as my Curtis vision. Best of all my beautiful wife Liz thinks I look 20 years younger. I think I look only 5 years younger. Thanks to Curtis Chapman owner of Indi Visual Eyes all of my fellow residents of the Sacramento area are now safer. Because I can read street signs again.

Bought a pair of glasses there and was happy. I returned a year later to buy another pair. I was told the pair I selected was 1/2 off due to being discontinued. They told me the total after ordering the lenses and gave me my insurance paperwork. They called a week later to say they were ready to pick up, but they were no longer 1/2 off because the could return them to the manufactuer for credit. Long story short they claimed I could get free lenses instead, however my insurance covered the lenses. So they offered me $50 off which made the frames about $100 more. I told them no way and they have been calling me for one year telling to come and pick-up my glasses I ordered. I wrote the owner with no response.

Indi Visual Eyes is conveniently located Down Town Sacramento just a block from the State Capital building. Indi Visual Eyes is a Great place to pick out your next set if eyeglasses, especially if you want to dress up your face is very easy to find on the K street Mall right on the corner, at 1200 K ST. suite 5. A very easy walk for the State workers working in Down Town Sacramento.
