Indeed, these people are rip-offs. Payless autosales lead by David Divsar and his team of sorry bag idiots is the worst of the worst places to buy a car. This guy is garbage, a fraud, a ripoff and a screw-up. I bought a car here with mechanical and emissions problems that could not get new tabs because of failed emissions and I returned it back to him after paying nearly $8k and he promised to give me another car thereafter. After taking the car back this idiot - David Divsar (or whatever his name) resold it but then refused to give me another car or my hard-earned money back. I had to file a lawsuit against him which is still going on. If you look him/his business up on WA State Courts webstate you will see at least one pending lawsuits against Payless Autosales and there can be newer ones now from other buyers. And if you check with WA State Attorney General youll find multiple complaints files against them. Dont buy anything here and dont stop to look at cars because this place is a s-thole, full of shady preying parasites walking around and kids playing the salespeople. They used to sell mostly salvaged cars years ago and 2 thirds of the cars they had on the lot especially Japanese were insurance totals which got passed as clean titles to the insuspecting buyers. They would inflate the price and then pretend to drop it, praising the comfort and looks but never revealing its past history. If you were a victim of PAS write a review and let others know of your experiences with them. The state should shut down this place and Divsar fined and consequently jailed for fraud.

Horrible experience!!! Everyone, including the Iranian owner, trying to rip you off with unsafe vehicle sale. Just unbelievable!!! Salesman Antonio, was not cooperative to take the car for buyers inspection next door to Mercedes of Lynnwood, when I was trying to buy the 2009 Mercedes-Benz GL320. After negotiating the price, they eventually gave me the car to drive for inspection. Turns out to be that the car need it at least $5,000.00 worth just a safety repairs ( oil cooler was just dripping engine oil very badly). And another $4,500 other things just to bring the car to good value of sale (check engine light, brakes, tires, dents, aliment, etc). I am so HAPPY, that I did the buyers inspection. End it up not buying the car, due to total SCAM! "PAYLESS AUTO SALES" name is so off the charts. You may end up paying big bucks to them, and then after the purchase a lot more. My STRONG recommendation: STAY AWAY THAT DEALER!!!

Thought we received great service from Antonio. We thought that he was just the type of person that works hard to help people and go above and beyond to help customers. Instead,he was very pushy. Asked us to complete a credit application prior to even seeing the car. There was another gentleman who just sat back and watched us go back and forth over why we didnt want our credit pulled. Almost like we were in a sales training class and we were the guinea pigs. He stayed after hours to help us but was very pushy. Then had the nerve to call my wife and tell her she was late on her first payment. Turns out it was their mistake. No apologies. If this is how they are with a brand new customer than be weary. I had mentioned to him the reviews was another reason we were weary, he insisted only the angry people post reviews. Well I had posted a positive review, but have changed it based on my experience.

rip off, sketchy, scheming, trifling, lying people. This was my biggest mistake. sold me a rebuilt title as clean, when asked for carfax report lied what the damages were, try to trick me into telling me my tabs were expired and he had one on hand with my name o it, even tho 6 months before i even made the purchase it was expired. Never checked on my credit and ripped me off for 30% interest for insurance, never got receipt for my payments i paid in cash. Lied even about gas milage on car. Tryed to tell me i owe then 5 grand more when i payed off the entire purchase, and when trying to sell the car i learned the value was 2 grand when i bought for clean title for 10grand. plz dont make the same mistake and learn from mine spread the word. this business needs to get shut down.

They will try and scam you in any way possible, tried to get a hold of the Fat Arab dude who tries to speak Spanish and every time I would call they would say he was not there. They even told me he was on vacation even though it has him on the phone at first and once he realized who I was he gave to phone to someone else. I live about 2 hours away and drove up a couple of times for him to hide. GAP insurance is Optional and if your client wants to cancel it, they may do so at any moment. Quit stealing money and work your fatass off instead.

Most deceiving name for a company, ever. Prices were astronomical. We had to specifically request for the owner, and he came out with no room for negotiation (car was at least $2k over a reasonable otd price). Business obviously depends on suckers who have no idea what theyre doing to come in and get jipped. PS My 3 year old has a firmer handshake than this soggy noodle of an owner.

Listing on Craigslist said clean title. Went all the way out to shoreline Seattle from Spanaway just for them to tell me it was a rebuilt title. They said that all the problems with the rx8 were on Craigslist but when i pulled it up those problems were nowhere to be found and the title status still said clean. Just bad business and a waist of my time.

I am not sure why other people gave Payless Auto Sales negative reviews when they didnt even buy a car here... I had a great experience. I love my new car and they gave me a great price on my trade in. The manager worked really hard to get me a good loan. I have no complaints and I highly recommend this dealership!
