--Edit-- As promised I would come back and give 5 stars once the guys at Frontline followed through and they did just that. There were some complications with the license plates that at one stage looked like go south but today Michael (the owner) took charge and ensured the plates where looked after. Turns out that as I was there picking the car up after the repairs / issues were taken care of the new plates arrived. So to Bill, Todd Phil and Micheal my wife and I thank you we appreciate that each time I came in you asked about my wifes progress with her cancer .... cheers Stu... --Edit-- Great experience today.. Every one in the team where great and friendly. Made the car buying experience not to horribly mind racking. They all seam to genuinely want to help you and to work with you as best they can .. Thanks guys :-) .. Cheers One edit for this review .. The air bag light is constantly on and the a strange wobble/clicking in the steering column of the Mini Cooper I bought .. (Noticed this on the way home as it was a longer drive than the test drive) .. I will be talking to the team and hope they help, so for now only 4 stars .. If all issues are resolved I will mark 5 stars --Edit-- As promised I would come back and give 5 stars once the guys at Frontline followed through and they did just that. What a great bunch of guys, especially our salesperson, Klete. Great guy. I bought a 2006 Toyota Solara Convertable. Drives great and bought for less than Blue Book!! I would recommend these guys to anyone out there. Keep in mine I drove from Gig Harbor to Bothell to make this deal and it was well worth it. The only thing I want to suggest to all those who buy from Frontline is DO NOT buy the "warranty". It is serious waste of money. I was lucky, kind of. We had the car for a less than a week when the alternator went out. Thinking OK, we have a warranty we will just get it fixed, no worries. The warranty has a $250 deductible & does not pay for any labor. When I called the warranty company they were unaware of any deductible and had to research this because their paper work (which was given to me by Frontline) clearly stated "no deductible"--coming back saying they were surprised, but yes there is a deductible. I called Micheal and asked him whats up with the deductible and his response was the warranty was custom made for the customer, sorry that is a custom BS warranty. So it paid only $150 toward this over $1000 bill. How much was my warranty -- with tax $1860. A bit more research showed I could cancel the warranty within 14 days of purchase -- in a way I got lucky. I immediately canceled the warranty but then it took over 2 months to get the money back. What a MAJOR pain in the butt. BE CAREFUL -- they will put the warranty on the sales contract without asking you. I am sure they are getting a commission from the warranty company.

BUYER BEWARE!!! My husband and I went to look at an Acura MDX advertised on Craiglist for $8999 with 152,000 miles. We checked Carfax on our own, paid by us, and the mileage coincided with what this dealership listed. Upon arrival at the dealership to do a test drive, we immediately noticed the car appeared to have both front and rear bumpers replaced, so we called our mechanic to meet us there, which he did and confirmed our suspicions that the bumpers were after market and the car had clearly been in some kind of collision. When we inquired with a gentleman at the dealership, he claimed to know nothing about the car being in an accident, even though we showed him the bumpers were clearly not original (paint didnt match). The guy was pleasant enough, so we gave him the benefit of the doubt that he really didnt know the car had been in an accident. We passed on the vehicle and went on our way. Well, upon checking Craigslist the following day, low and behold, the IDENTICAL car is now listed for $9999 and with 139,874 miles! What the heck??? I double checked the VIN with the Carfax report I personally ran and it is the same vehicle. Im sorry, but that is seriously shady. If you choose to go to this dealership to look at a car, do your own research ahead of time, and plan to bring your trusted mechanic with you. All their 1 star reviews are conveniently filtered out of view as not recommended. YIKES!

Not recommended to any of my friends and fam. Read the review people dont make the same mistake like I did. But you probably going to buy the car there anyway. They just like any another dealer that wanted to make hella money of you. Most car they got it from the south most of them from auction. And if you do buy those expensive car from them make sure theyve got two key. The owner/seller probably goin to play game. Saying you sign the paper work 1st than ill go check if we do have two keys. And he be right yea the key is there. So you finished sign paper and he roundup those total prices. And you be like WTF. Well too late his already got your down payments. So you drive the car off the lots 20 miles later check engine light come on. So I asked the owner if i can bring it back for him to scan it to see what need to be fix. And he said bring it back next weekend Ill scan it for you. So I texted him that Im going to bring the car in on Friday. He be like, Sunday work best for me. SO Sunday come his never responded. Ive got the car for 4 weeks now and there are 99 problem with the damn car. So yea it up to you anyway.

I really hate shopping for a new car, partly because I am such a perfectionist. I want a car that is a good deal and has all the latest security and safety features. It also has to have good aesthetics, and reflect well on me. The kind of car I drive is very important for the kind of work I do (somewhat unfortunately, and I am also on the road a lot meeting clients, so it gets a lot of use and has to sort of hold up, a breakdown can cost me business). I am the sort of person who has to run all over town test driving absolutely everything. But this time I didn’t hit as many places as before I had such a great experience here last time. This place is really great. The guys there step back and let me make my own decisions. There is never any rush, and they didnt mind me dropping in every couple of days to re-inspect what they had on the lot. They have a great selection. No pieces of junk. It was hard to choose from so many great vehicles in the general category I was looking for. They have got me great deals twice now.
