Purchased a car from Monta Auto Sales. After four months they have not been able to provide the title for the vehicle and are not responding. Update: Bought the car in Dec 15. Had to go through DMV investigations and the title has still not been produced as of 9/1/16. Apparently this is NOT the first time they have done this. Having to take a civil action against the company and the bonding company while the DMV does their thing. It is not clear if the company is still trading as the owner is very evasive!!!

Ive had multiple troubles with them: they didnt provide the plates for the car I bought from them for two months (I was offered to go to DMV to get it); they promised to fix a window that didnt roll down at the day of purchase and couldnt do that; and they sold me a car with leaking oil and not functioning converter - the latter one is partially my fault as I didnt check. The owner seems to be a nice guy, but my experience with this business is pretty bad.
