Our retired family jeweler recommended to me that in purchasing the ever important engagement ring for my hopefully future wife I go to Marks. He told me they would have quality ring at fair prices and I would be treated right. Luckily for me he was correct, I was met with happy attitudes, patience for a serious decision and felt a genuine interest from Stevie (my sales associate) in helping me make the next step in our lives special. I was afraid the entire process would be overwhelming with such a wide array of choices and only hinted input from my future fiancé. It was nice that a little conversation and thought narrowed the selection easily and offered me what felt like my tiny personal selection to ponder over. I was in no rush and I can happily say I was not rushed or pressured, I was offered beverages to calm my nerves, congratulated by every employee that passed me by and made to feel comfortable when deciding what would be perfect in her eyes when I asked the big question. I walked away happy, my now fiancé said yes with tears of joy and I the ring feels it was made one of a kind for her. The sizing wasnt perfect so Marks quickly ordered her proper size and reset her diamond very quickly while giving both of us the same treatment I received my first visit. So you now have the recommendation of a happy man, his future wife and a retired jeweler to make your choice in Marks a confident one. Good luck with your own story.......

Let me preface this with I bought my exs ring here. That does not sway my review. I shall continue now... I was shopping for a very specific ring, as my lady at the time wanted something very specific, and really kinda artsy. I went to the string stores in the malls, and nobody could do what I wanted. So on the recommendation of my friend I went to Marks. They took the picture of what I wanted to make and worked with me until the very end. They called me multiple times to come and check the design, the diamonds, color of the sapphire, to ensure it was perfect. The final product was amazing, and the girl who made the ring is the best at what she does. I think shes called a gemologist? Anyways. I was very happy with the outcome. They did their best to work with and communicate with me on the best outcome possible. The only issue I had was when it came to pricing, they did try to overcharge me (was quickly rectified when I showed them estimates and whatnot) and sometimes the ladies on the floor can be slightly overwhelming. Not a bad thing, but it deterred my ex from buying something here (shes also not the friendliest and most personable person in the world either so take that last part with a grain of salt). ALL IN ALL I would absolutely be back to custom make another ring. Great process ad great people.

I first stopped in at Marks Jewelers in search of a ring to propose to my girlfriend and was immediately greeted by warm welcomes and genuine interest outside of just making a sale. My experience there has since been nothing short of fantastic and unique from every other jewelry store I have been in, special shout out to Dionna who is a dream to work with. They have an extensive selection of quality jewelry to fit anyones budget. And for those looking for a more custom piece, as I was, they will design anything your heart desires keeping you involved in the process every step of the way, from digital drawing to wax mold and casting, ensuring everything meets your expectations. Not to mention, what better way to shop than with a cold one in hand. Needless to say, I highly recommend this jeweler to anyone and everyone, whether its an engagement ring, anniversary present, or holiday gift they have you covered. I have gone back many times and will continue to. When you stop in be sure to talk with Dionna, she will make sure you get what you need.

I just bought my diamond engagement ring from Marks Jewlery in Montgomeryville Bucks Count PA. The staff and entire sales team helped me understand the real value in finding the perfect diamond ring. This Jewlery Store in Bucks County PA is amayzing! The show room has one of the largest selections of diamond rings I have ever seen. (Been to Philadelphia not Evan close on selection and price) . The selection of diamond rings was impressive but more impressive, I was able to design a ring with 22 diamonds (my girlfriends favorite number) around the band and custom design the setting with a professional designer. The proses was very precise and focused my ideas and made me feel very contfortable with getting the very best value on the perfect ring. Jim, the owner is a stand up guy that has built this business from the ground up, totally committed to customer satisfaction and education. It almost seemed like his sales team did not care about making a sale, more about building a relationship through solid information.

If you are looking for a jeweler, stop looking! I can highly recommend Marks Jewelers. Several years ago the staff at Marks Jewelers helped me brighten the holidays for 3 young girls who went through a tragedy. They were able to make necklaces for me at the last minute when I was scammed by another so called jeweler. Since then I have been to Marks several times and each time I walk away happy and satisfied in knowing the quality that went into it. I now know the definition of a jeweler. Their new location is right out of a magazine. Its beautiful and bright and everyone is so helpful. Its so nice having a high quality jeweler so close to home. Marks Jewelers recently donated to a function I was organizing. Yet another reason to use them, they give back to the community. I am a picky consumer but when an establishment continues to exceed expectations, I like to spread the word.
