My fiance and I went to Helzberg the end of March 2013 to drop off my engagement ring for a resizing and to order a custom made wedding band to go with my engagement ring. The customer service on the store front was excellent and we had nothing but great feedback walking out of the store. We are planning a quick wedding and were assured that the ring resizing and custom band would only take 1 month to complete. Needless to say, over 2 months have passed and Helzberg had no feedback to provide about the ring. My fiance called to follow up (when a follow up call to the client should have occurred in the first place) and was told by Helzberg that they had no record of us in their system. They asked to contact us back after they researched this - which only left us both more concerned and infuriated. They called back to advise that they located the order and it was still with the jeweler and guaranteed a finish date "by the end of the month" - meaning end of May (2 months from the date we dropped the rings off, 1 month post the date we were told it would be finished). Needless to say, there was no follow up call to advise that the order was not complete by the end of the month and my fiance was left to follow up again, it now being June, 40 days away from our wedding date. Today is the day we are supposedly getting the engagement ring back and my fiance was told he would receive a follow up call from the store this morning the moment it arrived. No phone call, no update so far. Unfortunately, my faith in the service of Helzberg Diamonds is no longer and I can say I wont be using this jeweler in the future for anniversary jewelry, etc.or recommending the Helzberg at Montgomery Mall to friends or family. I have missed the experience of getting to enjoy my engagement ring, attended my bridal shower without a ring, and had to cancel engagement photos that should have taken place because I had no ring. I wish I had better feedback.

I went here with several broken rings that needed to be fixed. One of the rings only needed to be resized and I asked them to add some metal (white gold) to the shaft and it was outrageous! The second ring that I had taken there was "technically difficult", so before I spent the $800 they quoted me to fix ALL of the rings, I told them to go ahead with this one, which they knew was my engagement ring, and they assured me that sentimental rings are tended to with such care. It was a SILVER ring with very small diamonds, one of which was set crooked when I first got the ring, also needed to be reshanked as well as made to a larger size with a lot more metal added. I got back a completely terrible ring. The diamond fell out within a week, luckily I had noticed it was loose and fell out after prodding at it. The shank wasnt as thick as I wanted it to be, so I do basically expect this ring to need more work and all of this shoddy work for $200!!! The prices are outrageous and the work is poor at best. Dont go here. For literally a third of the money I had my other GOLD rings reshaked somewhere else!

This is about as positive an experience as I could have had and not ended up buying an engagement ring there. If you go to Helzberg in the Mongomery mall...Ask for Anna Quici. She literally worked on her days off, tried to find loopholes to bring in more diamonds for me to look at than the company would allow, and was even going to personally drive to a master Jeweler to have the diamond set because I was on such a short timeline. This is the definition of going above and beyond for a customer. I honestly felt bad when I happened to find the diamond that blew me away at another Jeweler because I wanted so badly to give her my business. My decision ultimately had to be about the diamond for my Fiance and I did find it elsewhere, but I have never had someone work so hard on my behalf. I hope her management team sees this and applauds her efforts as well. Thank you so much Anna!

Bought my daughter a necklace in July for her birthday , this weekend was the second time she wore it and the E somehow fell off we have no idea where its at... I even purchased all the extra protection they wont honor it and replace the E , see yas in court
