I found this place to be one of the most professional and customer service oriented businesses. The quality of their jewelry, the elegance of the atmosphere, and the knowledge of this family owned business far exceeded my expectations. I was actually there and witnessed a difficult customer and, being a business owner myself, was impressed with the the way the young girl tried to please this rude customer. That same day I purchased beautiful diamond earrings for my niece. They took the time to educate me about the quality of diamonds and allowed me to comfortably make my decision and purchase my gift. I would recommend this jewelry store to everyone and I will always shop there for my loved ones precious gifts in the future.

Went in to get links removed from a recently purchased watch and right away got an attitude from the clerk, then tells me I can do it myself if I want to or go somewhere else, poor customer service and an overall bad experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone
