Dont never buy a car from them. If I had to do it over I would have went somewhere else. They are a total joke. Bought a car last Thursday 8/3/2017 the following day the battery went dead. They forgot to get my down payment and give me my temp tag the day I bought it. They called in Friday and told me I forgot to get your down payment and forgot to give you a temp tag. They came to my work on Saturday and gave me my temp tag and I gave them my down payment I told my salesman that I had to use my other car battery cause it went dead the following day. He said it shouldnt be a problem for them to take care of it. I made an appt for Wednesday at 1 pm to take the car to get the air fixed and the battery replaced well they fixed the air but they are not going to replace the battery. Pissed is an understatement. I will be calling the main office in Manchester and complaining as well but I wouldnt never buy another thing from them. This is the worse I have ever been treated. Oh another thing they was upset at me cause I didnt bring it in before 1 pm cause they said it would take longer to fix it cause they close at 5 well the next morning they did come to my work and pick it up and gave me another to drive I dont understand why they couldnt have kept it and I get a loner and pick up my car the next day after they fixed it. Dumb on there part. They are a total joke

One of the worst car lots i have ever been to. Drove 3 and a half hours to get to them on a car they lied about online. There were tons of things wrong with the car. anything wrong with the car no sir car is fine has a few nicks on the front bumper and the inside is in great shape.the outside had a part of the grill missing fog light rings were gone the hood latch was messed up headlights had some kind of junk all over them.now the inside ha ha what a joke. dash was busted up really bad sun visors are broke rip in the headliner.fog light switch fell in the floor. handle on passenger door. locks would not lock remote key needs a battery the salesman said really well put one in it ha ha.plus the car was dirty and i ask why wasnt this cleaned up was told did not have time well if it was me i would of cleaned it knowing i had about 3 hrs to get it done. never offered anything else.told us if go elsewhere to find a better car and believe me we did thanks for nothing.

I wouldnt buy a car from them they told me they had to sell my used car to a wholesaler before they even sell me one I was looking biggest joke in a car dealer and they low balled my trade went to other dealer in KY got the car I wanted and the amount for the trade I was trading in and so happy I went with other dealer Paul miller ford way to go Tim Short they will just rip you off and give you run around and sell your car before you ever buy one of there I see why there cars sit on there lot for 30 60 90 days they dont want to sell them they want to make sure they make money from your trade in before they ever sell you theres sad way of selling cars if I was you the price sounds to good or you feel your trade is worth alot more then they offer go to other dealer I have the emails from the salesmen for proof of what Im stating if anyone needs proof

Bought a car off of them and they kept acting like everything is fine even though I new are credit wasnt that good they came out and said they got a bank to approve us and are payments would be right where we wanted so I made a down payment and we signed some papers and drove off with are car well a month goes by and they call us back saying that the bank wont approve us for the loan not unless we pay more down or they will have to come get the car the next day ( which is a scam called a yo yo scam ) so they came got the car to rescind the deal I was supposed to get my down payment back and still havent and when I call I cant get anyone to talk to me or call me back

Bought a 28k used, supposedly certified, gmc acadia denali from the corbin store. In less than three months had to put close to a grand to fix it. Called to speak to a manager and got the absolutely worst customer service Ive ever received in my life, period. Ive always bought my cars in Lexington and decided to buy locally this time. Needless to say I learned my lesson. Just glad my wife didnt get hurt when the car malfunctioned and went from 70 to 40 in a instant on i-75.

Drove 5 hours to buy a $14k car from them. Got there, the check engine light was flashing and the tires that were supposed to be in Great condition had CHUNKS missing out of them and dry rotted beyond belief. When any questions were asked about the vehicle, the Salesman Frankie specifically said, " I just sell them, I dont know anything about them."

Extremely unmotivated sales team and management. They attempted to sell me a vehicle with worn out tires and only one operational key. When you put a cash option on the table, they are less likely to deal because they dont get the "kickback" from the finance companies. Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that is motivated to make a sale.

Bought a nissan pathfinder, and put it in to get the brakes adjusted on it. It was supposed to be done the next day, and its been gone for a week. Tried to call and they said it was back and was looking good. When we get there to pick it up its not there. They lied to us. Worst car lot ever.

Agreed to a "we owe you " after we signed agreement they can and said we cant honor the "we owe you" because it was wrong vehicle. Big run around had to go back to bank and redo paperwork. Only truck I looked at or test drove.
