As a customer, I came with a list of demands, while it may have been a bit overwhelming, DERRICK HOLLOWAY was very honest about what I could get into and his knowledge on the cars. The first car I financed (08 Hyundai Tucson) had problems that the service department could not fix, due to the car being used, rusted and poorly taken care of before ParCars received it and not thoroughly serviced before it was added to the sales list. I only had the car for two months, I called and spoke to one of the GMs and expressed my frustration in a professional manner, because yelling does not fix anything. A few days later DALE FRANK, Sales Manager at this location, called me and told me the General Managers, decided to let me trade in the car, no down payment, no pickup note, no extraness due to the inconvenience it caused me. DERRICK HOLLOWAY is an excellent sales person and very honest about what he does and does not know. He will go find the information for you. Overall, its a good place to get a car from, just make sure that YOU inspect the car thoroughly before you signed anything and bring up every that concerns you to Derrick (or your sales person) and Dale to make sure your car buying experience is enjoyable.

I had to click on the one star to post a review, so please disregard the one star rating. This place is awful, they do nothing for you but take your money. They tell you make your payments on time and it will build your credit up, nothing! I got a flat on 85 heading home one afternoon and popped the trunk to get the spare and believe it or not the spare doesnt even fit the car. I wouldnt recommend this so called "car dealership" to my worst enemies or to the devil himself. Save your money and trust me, you can get a car somewhere else where they take care of you to the fullest, treat you with respect. ParsCars isnt a car dealership its a bank where they take you money and once you walk out that door with the keys they could care less about you. Whoever is reading this, take this to consideration.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!! my truck that I purchased from them, not even a year ago, caught fire (Thank god my children were not in the car). I found out that Nissan had a massive recall on this model and year and settled out of court for this same problem. So not only did the sale us a recalled car, the financial company that works with them scammed money out of us also. They told us that we could trade it in if we paid the months note. We paid them $500, but when we got there, everybody from the manager, who we have been talking to for 7 days, and the financial company changed everything they agreed on. We also put over $2000 of work into the truck, not including oli changes etc. Dont do this to yourselves. Make sure you always have proof. Record your conversation. Protect yourself.

I wrote a previous review about a Volkswagen Passat I used that Volkswagen as a trade in got a Tahoe six months into driving it the belt around the water pump literally busted while driving it has been at dealership for almost a wk. (close to $500 to fix it not to mention im paying 410 for a 2001 with a 195000+ miles) the headlights are also rigged you cant even put a light bulb in there bc the wires are cut. Im not even addressing the electrical issues which is close to $1,000 to fix .Ooo and one more thing when we purchased the vehicle three tires were plugged within a week we had to buy 4 new tires. They target people with low credit or limited on money. Do not repeat do not buy from them!!!! I am looking at small claims.

I put down $1500 and got a piece of junk!!! Trash I tell ya, how the hell can u sale a car that has a transmission leak? How did that car pass the emissions? If I wanted a junk car I would have went to a junk yard!
