My experience has been less than satisfactory. First when I called and asked to be connected to their service department, the receptionist hung up on me twice. I had to wait 10 minutes and call from a different phone number (not my business number) for her to be polite and decide to connect me. Now that I was speaking with the service representative, i felt degraded and treated like an imbecile. All I wanted to do was order various gaskets and seals for a clients Mitsubishi 3000gt VR4, and the man who helped me (Derick) was blatantly rude. I gave him my list and he is supposed to call me back with a quote, but I will probably take my business elsewhere. I am firmly disappointed, unless there is an absolute emergency, I will refuse to do business with this dealership.

If you want a new Mitsubishi, Mitsubishi parts, or service you have to come to this place. I shopped a couple of dealers in the area, and found that Younker had the lowest pricing, and a low pressure staff. I went to a dealer by my house after they promised to meet Younker pricing on a new Outlander Sport. Once I got there, they told me they would not match the price, and that Younker did not have this Outlander, and if they did the price was fake. Well I left there, went to Younker, and sure enough I drove off in the Sport I wanted, and at even a cheaper price that they advertised! If you want the lowest price, and the best service on a Mitsubishi, just go to Younker!

I got my oil changed (synthetic $59.99) on my new car and my car was washed and vacuumed before they gave it back to me! I could have saved a little time by taking it back dirty, but the wait was worth it. Great customer service in an age when everyone on here seems to be taking things for granted. Taking care of your car isnt like walking in and out of McDonalds in 60 seconds, quality takes a little time. Or like going to Jiffy Lube for the $29.99 ad and coming out an hour later at $80.00 with a dirty car to boot.

Went to test drive an Outlander Sport. The sales lady ,Stacy (thats what she called herself), was very rude. As soon as I got behind the wheel to test drive the vehicle, I did a slight left-right swerve manuver, to test vehicle stability. She stopped me and insisted on taking the vehicle back to dealership immediatly, and wont let me even drive the vehicle for another second. How am I suppouse to purchase a vehicle, with out knowing how it handles. Would not go back there even if they give out cars for free.

Got the legendary Mike Sodergren helping me with my car options. I was provided an undivided attention throughout the time I was there. Not an ordinary sales experience - in fact he was never a salesman to me. He listened more than talk and there I felt that my best interest is all he was focused on. Did I get what I went there for? No - he thought of giving me other possible options - and went home with a better car anchored on well informed decision.

I thought I was the only one with the poor experience with the parts depts, but now that I see the other reviews, its not surprising. I have the same exp as "Michael". The parts dept guy was extremely rude. Even hung up on me twice. Im always courteous and even tempered, so this was uncalled for. I cant believe they still have this guy employed there.

HORRIBLE - Parts department - RUDE RUDE RUDE - wouldnt return a part when it was THEIR mistake by sending two of the wrong sides - after I was also hung up on by the receptionist - and the excuse was "well he doesnt work here any longer so theres nothing I can do to help" never going back here again

Mike was amazing in helping get us our Outlander Sport yesterday! He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and changed my mind about the brand completely. When my fiance suggested an Outlander I was less than enthused but I would definitely look at them for other vehicles.

I bought a outlander sport here last month, after going through alot of games at other dealerships they made it painless. They also gave me more for my trade in than the other dealers offered. This must be why they are the #1 dealer. I would recommend them to deal with!

Called the service department to ask about a repair I needed on my lancer. Guy who answered clearly did not want to help, was very rude and at the end of the day avoided my question completely. Good way to lose a customer before I even set foot in the door!

The parts department is awful. Their customer service is so lacking it can hardly be called customer service. After this mornings phone call to inquire about a simple bearing, I will never spend another dollar at this stealership again.
