Inept and uncommunicative. Made an appointment 3 weeks prior for Monday at 10am. They didnt have the appointment noted. My RV needed an oil change etc and had two possible problems; check engine light and A/C not cooling. Asked if I could leave it over night...They made out the work order with a estimate for the oil change $20 more than the last time. (last time they said it was ready but was not...had the wrong name...waited hours). NO estimates for the review of other problems. When asked was quoted the labor rate of over $100/hr with no time estimate. When leaving I asked when to check on the status...reply Wednesday. Called Wed and was told the oil change was done and they were working on the other tomorrow. (I wondered why the check engine problem wasnt the first to be done) Thursday called after noon and was told that the check engine light had to do with the co and that the A/C unit needed a new value and freon and hemed and hawed about it being done that day. I told them to have the bill ready by 3pm and Id pick it up without the A/C being done. Upon viewing the bill for over $400 it was noted that the catalytic needed replacing...NO CALL and NO estimate, no justification for the over $300 diagnosis. This event compared so poorly to the excellent service we received from Rich Ford in Albuquerque...one would think they were not related to the same parent company...FORD

The worst Place to buy a car ever, Do not trust these people, they r the worst to deal with, they sold me a junk car, although they got fully paid in cash!! After weeks of buying the car, the car seemed having big issue, they kept sending me from a garage to another, from service to another, made me pay for that too!! Spoke to everyone in the company and seemed no one cares !! My car ended up in the service for complete 3 months EVEN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT COULDNT KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH MY CAR !! after I bought it and still no one cares about it !! It is just ridicules.. No one likes to buy a car and end up in the garage for months !!!!! They deserve Zero Star especially the sales manager Dave!! OMG - this person has no manners He hungs up phone, no manners talking to pepole its just junk place, poor office, and especially NO respect at all If I am the owner I will just change the whole team and give them proper training to make this place work again !!

Had misfire cylinder #4 so I changed coil and plug with no luck and decided to bring it in to Horizon Ford. They recommended oem coil and plug along with brake fluid, transmission fluid and coolant flush. Okay, all sounds fair for $1,900. Took them two weeks with poor communication. Drove home, coolant was overflowing from cap. Threw the same misfire code on cylinder #4 again. Bring it back for them to tell me i need a head gasket for $6k. Easier to do new motor for that price so they quote me $8k and wont give any credit for all work that was just done although all of those fluids will need to be replaced again with new motor. Decided to get it away from their meat hooks. However, they felt it was necessary to charged me $150 for the second time bringing it in although no work was done, fortunately they called me back and refunded that. Small consolation i guess. Horrendous experience wouldnt recommend to anyone. Kevin was nice.

Well, I just upgraded my now old Audi A6 for a Ford Explorer! What a difference, the SUV is amazing! Its unlike any other on the road. I would know this because I checked out pretty much every other vehicle. And Ric Parker stuck with me through the entire process! He kept telling me, "Its your money, lets find something you love then get the best deal on it!" I loved his approach as it was not pushy and unlike anything Id previously experienced. He did exactly what he said he would do and never make me feel like he was just trying to get a sale. He also gave me his honest personal opinion on every car I showed him. A couple times he even told me I wouldnt be happy with my selection - and he was always right. I hope Ric sticks in the car business, because not only do I plan to reach out to him every time Im in the market, but Im also going to refer everyone I know looking for a new car to him as well. Thanks Ric!

Im not a real stickler most of the time, 10ish works for me if you show up 1015/1030. But these guys, the service department folks, really bomb when it comes to being able to keep time. It seems to me they think if you name an appointment at ten they just simply need to have your vehicle done by the end of the day, even if you are told a few hours for service. Its called an appointment and one should expect an oil change to only take an hour. But apparently they cant be bothered to stick to their word. Id never trust them with anything more then my oil, after the last phone call I had with then I wont even be giving them that business. And they dont communicate, at, all, ever! RUDE, NONCHALANT AND ARROGANT must be Horizon Fords Service slogan.

I bought a truck there and was call to renegotiate my contract the next day since the screw up on the numbers ever though I point at them right at signing. Within a month I noticed a fuel leak, I took it to their shop and was told by their mechanic, there is a leak but I cannot find it, so take it home and come back when it gets worst, locate the leak and them let me know. I took it back recently since I bough an service insurance through them, it took them 1 and half weeks to diagnose the problem and seems like instead of working with me to get the most out of the insurance, they are against me. Sure why not they probably get a kick back for denying service.

I went to Horizon Ford once again for my vehicle purchase because of Dave Hera and the sales team whom I might add where very pleasant to work with. I have enjoyed the consistency of the employees at Horizon. They didnt have the Escape I was looking for on their lot but that did not stop them from locating the right vehicle for me. They had it on their lot in 2 business days! That took a lot of the leg work away from me and I didnt have to call around or drive from Ford store to Ford store to find the right vehicle with the price I was looking for. Thank you Dave for your help!

Service availability poor, in terms of phone contactability and appointments. Hire car availability zero, was told to rent a car at a discounted rate at an enterprise instead. No explanation noor apologies given. When probed I was told that we are technically a truck company, and only have 4 hire cars available, they are all out now. No statement given regarding warranty coverage of car either, depsite telling them model and mileage. We bought our car from these guys, in a forced rushed manner, and I really wish that we hadnt.

Worst ever!!!! I made an appointment for an oil change 10am. I got to the dealership early 9:30am. It is now 12 noon and still not done! A couple came in after I had checked my truck in and they bought a new truck in less time then an oil change. Poor waiting room it is in the main sales office. There were some issues between a couple of salesman and they had a little argument right there on the sales floor. Never am I coming back here!!! I will be more then happy to drive to Bowen Scarff ford in Kent.
