So let me start out by saying that this review is on the service department. My experience with Jim in Chevy sales was great. That experience has been ruined however by habitual crappy service experiences. The service department is a mess! Rude, unprofessional just a bunch of lazy jerks. Had my brand new car (purchased in October 2013) for six business days and they couldnt even diagnose a simple noise from the wheel bearing area. Its a brand new Malibu, its not a bucket that has layers of issues. The whole time they have had my car I have had to be the one to call them to get updates! I call and leave messages and no one ever gets back to me. After trying that a few times I called Jeff the manager, he just forwarded my message to the tech which was stupid. If I had wanted to talk to AJ, I would have called AJ. No one has taken responsibility for this situation, no one has called to explain why they needed to have the same car in there shop from August 18th till today, August 25th. Its crap. The only thing they offer is excuses! " Oh we had a bunch of people quit on us" "We dont work on Saturdays" "We just cant figure it out, dont know where its coming from", etc. Based on the way that the service techs have spoken with me on the phone, my husband finally had to get involved and he spoke directly with the service manager. Jeff actually had the nerve to ask him " well who is paying for your rental car?" by the way, this is the rental car that had multiple chips in the windshield, no working turn signal, eats gas like a truck, and no windshield wiper fluid, so all together an unsafe vehicle for my family. Gee thanks guys! So Lee Johnson has Jim who is able to pull customers in and make a sale but then you have the service department who seems only good at pissing people off. I now realize Im not the only one the other review on Google for the Silverado, he says the same thing. Same issues according to BBB complaints and when I called Chevy and told them what was going on, they didnt seem surprised when I told them the dealers name. Wish I had known before I purchased. This issue remains unresolved a full week later which means that I am probably going to have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed after they used the full tank of gas in my car at time of drop off and put miles on it from all the "road testing to diagnose". So as much as I love Jim I would strongly urge you to take your hard earned money just about anywhere else. *** UPDATE*** Perry P., the fixed Service Manager took control of this case and corrected all concerns as well as provided the customer service that was expected. I still think that the techs were lazy idiots who put 800 miles on my car in four days (nothing I can do about that now) but I do feel satisfied with the resolution in the end. It helps that they correct my alignment free of charge, filled my tank up, bought me a cup of coffee and gave me my next service on the house. My recommendation would be that if you have issues with the service department in the future to call on Perry (Service Manager) and Scotty (General Manager) asap, in retrospect I waited too long before involving them.

Purchased a 2003 Mustang convertible from Auto Right Motors in Bothell, one of Lee Johnsons smaller dealers. Let me tell you Im not in the least happy. The drivers side rear window didnt work and we noted it before we ever signed papers and was assured it would be taken care of. We had the car 2 days and had to take it to a mechanic because we noticed fluid under the car the first night and thought it may have been our other vehicle, then the second night the puddle was worse. Took it to a mechanic, we had to have a new intake manifold because it was cracked in more than one place and new rack and pinion because it was leaking as well! We got it back more than a week later due to waiting on parts. Mind you we were assured about the great inspections that Lee Johnson did to the vehicle when they took it in to ensure the vehicle was in "great condition". $1,900.00 after 2 days isnt what I call great condition! Fast forward 2 months and our window still isnt fixed, its destroying the tint on the drivers window because the rear window is jammed forward in its track and water leaks in when it rains. And the drivers side rear speaker grill had fallen off after going over a few bumps just after buying the car as well. No one had contacted us about getting the window fixed, so I called the dealership, they give us a number of a service center. We call them, they know nothing about us. I call Auto Right Motors back and they call the service center and then call me back to let me know that the service center cant handle the issue, Ill have to take it to their parent company Lee Johnson Chevrolet, and do it soon because they usually only handle issues in the first 30 days after purchase. Never mind the fact that no one ever set us up for that service! I get my car back from Lee Johnson Chevrolet and to my unfortunate surprise there is glue on the drivers door and trim that holds the window controls. Someone busted it and tried to glue it back together. So I went back inside and brought it to the service manager Hanks attention. What I got in return was, "...it was like that when you brought it in, my tech took it apart and saw it was broke and had been glued." When I told him it most certainly was not like that, he deflected it and asked me who had been working on the car, because someone had taken it apart before! I told him I realized that when the speaker grill fell off. He basically blew it off and told me to talk to someone at Auto Right Motors, they would have to handle it. I went to Auto Right Motors and talked to Lance who said he would order me a new part after I showed him that the entire assembly was loose and that they had damaged it and tried to glue it back together. What I wasnt aware of, was I asked Hank to have his technician reattach the speaker grill which had fallen off and the pins were apparently broken, because it wouldnt go back on for me. When I reached into the back seat after getting home, the speaker grill fell off, the technician had merely stuck it back over the opening and then pulled the rear seat belt over it to hold it in place. WORST SERVICE EVER! I REGRET HAVING TO DO ANY BUSINESS HERE!!!

My experience at this dealership made me NEVER want to buy a car again. I live in Oregon and was looking for something very specific. This dealership was the only dealership somewhat close to me that had what I was looking for. I was headed up to Seattle for a work conference anyway, so I thought the stars were aligning and all would work out. The sales guy was nice. I gave him a run for his money doing some hard core negotiating. They barely would come down in price on a used vehicle. I know their mark up is significantly more for a used vehicle, so I made him come down to the price I wanted. It took me about 4 days of negotiating over the phone. We finally came together on a price, and I headed over to the dealership. I had my own financing done, but since it was a Sunday we had to put a backup financing agreement in place through the dealership, so they would let me drive it off the lot. I was understanding to this... but that is where the whole experience went down hill. They put us in a room with a TV and told us it would be a few minutes. Two hours later their idiot finance guy who had a "cold" came in with paperwork with an incorrect last name, address, and price for the car. He had an enlarged copy of my drivers license number in his stack of papers, so this was completely inappropriate. He came back and told me I was right on the price and he would get the paper work together. He finally called us back. He started going through the paper work, and I asked to see something with the corrected price on it. He said "just a minute Maam" like he was annoyed I asked. We went through another 15 minutes of him ranking and sniffing and banging around, and telling us the same story twice about why we should buy the warranty, when I asking him again for something showing the price. He responded the same way. At the very end of the whole thing, he showed me something that had an incorrect interest rate and $250 worth of fees tacked on. The fees dont make sense because I have to do all the licensing myself because I live in Oregon. I was so angry my face turned red. The manager came and told me there was NO way he would remove the fees. I felt like they had a plan to screw me out of more money in the beginning when we did the final negotiation. I finally signed the paper work and left because I couldnt handle being there any longer. The next day my banker mailed them the check. The finance manager promised to overnight the title when they received it. We confirmed they received it several days later... and they didnt send the title for an additional week. And when they sent it, they two day aired it. They only gave me a 3 day trip permit, so I was driving around illegally for a week. They charged me $200 for document fees and didnt do any kind of documentation. I think they should take $200 away from their "sick" terrible finance guy and send it back to me for having to deal with all of the mistakes, errors, and time that they cost me. I will NEVER go back to this dealership even if they are the only ones that have the car I want within 500 miles.
