I cant say that I am the happiest customer at this point! Ive known this company for many years! My family has worked with the Owner! I have done business with them and I am shocked at the sales team and management! I wont be removing this review! People need to know how customers are treated! I couldve gone to any dealer to buy! I had a great down payment, even a possible trade that wouldve been a great asset to their inventory! I needed a larger SUV for my growing family. I was told by close friends and family that they would not treat me horrible even though some reviews told me otherwise! I am so sad that someone whom I considered a very good person would put their pocketbook before friendship! Not even a call to apologize and I am very dissatisfied! Before I even got out of my car, and mind you I had my 1 year old with me! I informed my "friend" that I was the only one there and my second half was working 6 days a week and could only come if we had a deal and going to sign! The "OK, OK, routine came out and right there I shouldve known! Not only the dishonesty, but I was informed that there was 0 gas in the Suburban and I would be adding gas on my own! Excuse me, but arent you trying to sell me the car!? Lol Well then! So, $20 bucks outta my pocket and no return on that receipt!! That was rude! I came back, enjoying the vehicle and actually considering the next step! After I filled out my part of the application as well as my boyfriends, I was about 2 hours into waiting and dealing when I get the whole, "Im sorry, but we cannot proceed further til we have your boyfriend here!" Excuse me!? Didnt I tell you that he couldnt be here from the beginning!? And at this point my daughter was not happy and neither was I!!! I left! I was so disappointed with this place that I will NEVER refer to them again! And also I have yet to get a refund or a complimentary call back apologizing or even seeing if I still was interested! Not a very considerable return!! Please understand that customer service in auto sales is more than getting what you want from the customer. Its about making a friend, a customer that will send you their family and friends! If you cheat a person or are dishonest from the start, you wont be getting the many that could be a great thing in the future! FYI thats why I have my crew for life!

We were willing to drive 2 hours to go see a couple of trucks. Our salesman was repeatedly told was our bottom line was before we even headed north in rush hour traffic. Halfway there we get a call saying the truck we were really interested in had sold. It happens. We were going to turn around and go home as we werent interested enough in the other truck to make the drive. He swore there was yet another truck we just had to see. It was $1900 over our bottom line so we werent going to do it. He said it was an incredible truck and made all kinds of sweet promises that he could "get it done". We went up and the truck was nice but definitely not incredible. It would meet our needs so into the office we went. We got jerked around with the haggling (you know the send then back 3 times rule) and the vehicle was still over our bottom line. He kept tried to make us feel cheap because he got it to $500 over our magic number and we were refusing to budge. We made it VERY clear that we would not deviate from our budget. No matter how many times we told him that the money wasnt the point, it was the principal, he didnt get it. We walked out and he followed us out and eventually sent another salesman out to talk with us. By then, were angry and still have a 2 hour drive home. Suddenly, theyre able to hit my magic number but by then they could have given it to us for free and we wouldnt take it. Five and a half or six hours of my life gone due to lack of integrity, games and greed on their part. Within 24 hours of leaving there, we parked our new truck that we absolutely love rather than just settled for, in our driveway. We went to a different dealership, got a beautiful truck in great condition for under our bottom line within the payment window we had requested (including a service agreement) with no haggling whatsoever. We were in, test drove the truck, financed and headed home in under any hour. Bayside gets a negative review and the other dealership gets a 5 star review and, more importantly, a loyal customer for life. They at least know what honesty, integrity and principals are and how to treat prospective customers. Save yourself the time and headache... Just sayin.

Where to start? I know, STAY AWAY do not waste your time with this lot if you are looking for them to work with you, and do not expect them to fix any little issues, even when you tell the sales person, Dino(from Kansas) that this little issue is very inportant to us and is a deal breaker, of which was that the driver side door needed to be adjusted and the interior door panel needed to be fixed since it was falling apart and would come off in our hands with in a few hard pulls, of which you had to do to close the door. Dino(from Kansas) was some what Gruff, but said he would take it to his boss for us,(typical sales technique) just to return with a Kbb print out of the going price of the vehicle. I knew at that point that they were not going to fix the issue, Oh by the way they do not have any Machanics on site, and have to ship stuff out and pay to fix things. Anyways, I looked at the report and replied "Ok so", then he says that they have already lowered the price and that it is a used car and NO they would not fix the door. Well as you probably would guess we did not buy the car, although as Dino(from Kansas) told us as we were walking out that it would only cost Us a $100.00 to get it fixed. WHAT part did they not get when we told him that the door was a deal breaker? Not to ramble on, but this was our second visit to this lot. A week prior we happened to stop in while shopping for a certain type of vehicle with certain criteria, this was when we first met Dino(from Kansas) and when we told him our criteria, in his Gruff way told us that they did NOT have any thing of such, and we probably would not find it anywhere, of which we told him that we have already looked at three. A week later we are back at the lot because we seen the vehicle online, and just so happens to be on Dinos(from Kansas) lot, go figure. Here is the funny part, after refreshing his memory, then showing him our copy of the online vehicle, then seeing it, I asked him how long they have had it on the lot, he replied two years he thinks, YEP I had to ask why he did not show this to us the first time? His reply was that it was in the shop... Or was it? Hope this helps, GOOD LUCK.
