DONT GIVE THEM A BAD REVIEW BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER OR BECAUSE THE SHOWED UP ON GOOGLE FOR INDIANAPOLIS... The only bad reviews they had, had nothing to do with them, their business, or their facility. What kind or person writes a business a bad review because it was too hot to play. Seriously? Who in their right mind writes a bad review because they showed up in google for indianapolis paint ball? That is ridiculous and the problem with reviews.... it allows completely ignorant people the abilitty to express their idiocies. Now for my review.... I have played there over the years andby no means am an expert. They run a first class opperation. The scenario games keep getting better. They focuson safety and making the games fun, fair, and balanced. I take my two boys there, and yes they get shot up. thats part of it, and it toughens them up. they were nervous at first like any kid. But I didnt complain and write a bad review because my kid got shot. If your kid got shot up and it was so tramatic that you had to write and bad review... then your kid probably needs to play more and toughen up. Call the knitting class and cancel the private lessons. It is paintball. It hurts, and often it hurts bad for a few seconds. They run a great opperation there. The staff is friendly and helpfull. the refs are fair. They are a little expensive, but it is the facility that you are paying for. All in all... it is a great facility for family fun, church groups, father and son, and also for advanced players as they try to keep it sorted out. Go play!!!!!!!!

Ive traveled from So. Indiana to come play in a couple of White River Paintballs scenario events and have had an absolutely great time every time. The staff is courteous and friendly. The rental prices are reasonable. The referees are excellent. Most importantly, the fields are superb and numerous. (I havent had an opportunity to use their indoor field, but Im sure its as good as the rest of their facilities.) The pro shop is a little pricey, and you can only use field paint, but from my experience at other paintball facilities this is par for the course. They also offer a decent selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices, so you dont have to go somewhere else if you get hungry. To all of the people complaining about how its not in Indianapolis, thats the listings fault and not WRPs. Also, if you cant figure out that its going to make you hot when wearing layers of clothing running around outside during the summer, you should probably get out more. Giving them a low rating for something they didnt do or cant control not only doesnt make any sense; it hurts their business. So try to use your heads next time.

I have been to White River several times, and its always been a very good experience. Super friendly staff. The refs have run the games well and have always been fair in my experience. Ive never seen them play favorites. The only time Ive had staff join in our games is when we were getting low on players, and they asked first if wed like one of them to play to balance the teams. The rental equipment is well maintained and actually quite a bit better than other places Ive played at. The prices are comparable to other fields in the state. A little more than a few fields in the area, but I think you get what you pay for. There is a large mark up on paint but in line with what all the other fields charge. Lots of stations to fill your tanks with high pressure air and refills are free. Nice pro shop and clean rest rooms.

I dont have a lot of experience at paintball. Prior to going to White River I had only played at the indoor facility in Indianapolis. Had a great time there so I thought Id take my kids for their birthday party to try outdoor play. We had an okay time but from a parents view I had some problems. First they advertise as an Indianapolis field. I live in the heart of Indy and this place is over 50 miles from Indy one direction!. I thought this was quite misleading. At the indoor facility I shot very little paint and was expecting about the same. Boy, was I surprised. My 8 kids spent an additional $300 in extra paintballs. The weather didnt cooperate with us much. It was about 85 degrees. You dont want to play paintball in short sleeves. We about died from the heat. It was fun but Im sticking with indoor next time.

I was here for a private get together party and we had a blast! There were 20 in the party and we had our own private ref and was able to play as long as we wanted. There wasnt a time limit to our party which was nice. The Ref was awesome. He had us playing lots of games on a field and then we could go to another field and play. I believe we played on at least 10 of the outside fields. The price was very reasonable, and you could choose whichever package you wanted. The Pro-Shop helped us out and ordered our pizza for us and it was delivered to the field. The employees are definitely there to help you have the most memorable experience ever!!! I also liked that they put all the pics up on their FB page so we could see them, tag them, or save them. Im going to go back again very soon

I just played paintball for the first time at White River Paintball this past weekend. I had an awesome time! As a fully grown adult I was intimidated at first by the idea that younger and better players would just get me out in the first few seconds. The referees and other players made me feel welcome and some of the more experienced players gave me a few tips on strategy. The fields were totally varied so we could play different types of games to keep things interesting. By the end of the day I had one of the best outdoor experiences Id had in years. I would highly recommend White River Paintball to anyone, especially newer players who want to get started in a friendly atmosphere.

Played here for my first time, and I must say this place is great. I liked it so much that I even went out and bought a gun. So what if its not in Indy, its still a great place. And you cant complain about the crazy, uncontrollable Indiana weather, ITS NOT THEIR FAULT! Overall, awesome facility, great faculty, and worth the price. And also, the players there do not overshoot or anything, everybody there is real nice and courteous. I suggest that people go to the scenario events, a little expensive, but definitely worth it.

I am new to paintball having only played a few times at dark armies. And having tried WRP with friends blew Dark armies out of the water. This place had all kinds of different fields so your not playing the same thing all day. Plus your admission is good for all day! My suggestion is get the sniper package, its a great deal with a ton of paintballs! As long as your dont dumb about how your play you wont need much more then 500 for hours of play.
