First, I would like to give a wholehearted thank you to Good Brothers Dodge. For your fantastic customer service and family made feel, a five star review is the least I can do. Yesterday, I went into Good Brothers interested in looking at the new Ram trucks. From the jump, the Good Brothers team got right down to business. They left out any nonsense and didnt try to sell me on anything extra. After laying out many and all factors, we did not originally come to a deal. The team was thanked for their time and effort, and we headed home. Within about half an hour, the Good Brothers team made the effort to call my phone and apologize for any miscommunication they may have made. Although this wasnt the case, the effort and gratitude they showed made me return first thing to do business with them. After spending my morning at the dealership, a great deal was made on a vehicle. The team made my day not only productive, but enjoyable. I spoke several times with the owner (Mr. Gerry Good), and he is nothing short of a stand up gentleman. He cares about his customers, and spoke with us like family, not as a client. My salesman, Bill, was in contact all day with me to keep me in the loop and let me know the status of any and all paperwork. Within a few hours, anything and everything was done. These guys are approachable, friendly, and most of all, fair. They took me through step by step and were honest from the jump. Nowadays, this is extremely hard to find. I will refer any friends, family, and strangers to Good Brothers Dodge. At the end of the day, I just want to say thank you to the Good Brothers team, and thank you especially to Mr. Gerry Good.

I recently purchased a new Ram 2500 for my business. My sales person was Gerry Good III who helped me build the perfect truck for my business. His over all knowledge was outstanding and was very helpful and NOT pushy at all. He actually listened to me and my concerns. He helped me through each step of ordering my new Ram. The Finance Manager Jack Hart was beyond helpful. He sat down with me at my request and walked me through the best options for financing my new Ram. I typically shop my own bank and the finance rate Jack was able to secure for me through his bank was better than I could find. He also helped me with an extended warranty I felt I needed since I typically drive over 30,000 miles a year for business. Before I bought my new Ram, I shopped 2 other local South Shore dealers and although the other dealerships were nice and new, the sales people never followed through getting back to me with prices and info I asked for. Good Brothers Dodge/Ram may be a smaller dealership but you are not treated like a number, your genuinely treated like FAMILY! My overall experience was OUTSTANDING!!! In this day and age of high pressured sales and bait and switch dealerships I cant say enough good things about Good Brothers Dodge/Ram! You owe it to yourself to shop here...

Fantastic experience this morning in the Service department here. I bought a new Jeep Patriot 2 months ago from a dealership near my house and ended up with a flat tire this morning on my way to work. The dealership I bought my jeep from installed wheel locks but never gave me the key to get them off (only realized after an uneventful search of the entire car this morning.) Good Brothers was able to get them off for me and put on the donut tire for me. I am greatly appreciative of the service teams ability to quickly support me on this slightly stressful morning at getting the wheel locks off when the tire store wasnt able to with a universal remover. THANK YOU!

Attempted to do a deal they said they would work really hard on a getting a hellcat deal together and would give me a call, well 5 days later not a word at least be man enough to call and say they couldnt get anything together
