I bought a car about a little over a month ago. Call the office to explain to them that there was an issue in the engine of the car. Told the owner there was steam coming from the engine and the engine seemed to be working harder from the sound of it and there was fluid leaking from somewhere in the engine. Towed the car into the dealership he claimed that he drove the car all weekend and had two of his mechanics look at it and didnt find anything. I picked the car back 3 days later took it home the same problem that I had in the beginning still wasnt fixed! I had to pay another dealer that specialized in selling and fixing only the brand of car I bought to make an assessment of the issue with the car. Within about 2+ hours after assessing my car they actually found the problem that I complained about in the first place. I took a copy of the report back to this place that I bought the car from and even though he said hell take care of it, he was furious because he had to do the repairs on the car because someone else found the problem that they didnt fix in the beginning. He was very unprofessional and impatient because I asked questions on the things that needed fixing on the car. He was yelling on the phone at me and then hung up the phone in my ear! Very anti feminist demeaning behavior! Worst car buying experience ever! For anyone buying a used car please refer to the lemon law in Massachusetts when purchasing! You thirty days to have any major issues addressed! It is your right to have it fixed by the place that you bought it from! Good luck in your car buying experience!

Worst experience Ive had with a used car dealership in my life. The guy "Wally" yanked my chain for over a week on when I could come down to see a vehicle. When I finally arrive to see the vehicle I had interest in, the car had literally no gas to even test drive it! I had to stop at a gas station, put five dollars in, and continue on my test drive. Immediately I was weary, however, it got worse. After driving the SUV and believing it to be a solid investment, I went ahead and put a security deposit down until I had a pre purchase inspection done. I had to hound the guy to get an approval for me, which normally takes a half hour tops, only for him to TEXT ME THE VERY DAY AFTER I PUT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT DOWN, and inform me, I was not approved and that they had sold the vehicle I put the security deposit down on........ I received a refund of my money, but this was by far the worst service Ive ever experienced with a used car dealership. I was able to be approved on a different vehicle and from a much more reliable source. I do not recommend anyone trust these guys and their business. It was a shady operation and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Yes they are crooked! Waited a whole day to be able to pick up the vehicle as they were getting a front end alignment done. Later I took it to a real dealer to get extra keys made as we only got one. They said the vehicle seriously needed an alignment. Went back to Edds and confronted the salesman. He did not deny that the alignment wasnt done. I said you deceived us by letting us drive away knowing it did not have what was promised. He said he would not talk to me if I continued to call him a liar. What would you call it? I went to Town Fair Tire, where they supposedly had the alignment done, and they said they had no record of this vehicle in their system. The salesman at Edds also guaranteed the car to pass inspection (It didnt). There were lights (including the dashboard) that needed to be fixed. Now whos lying?

I got a Chyrsler Pacifica from Edds Auto Sales and they were very helpful! When i first came to take a look at the vehicle the seats were not working properly, and once i was ready to leave with the vehicle they made sure everything was fixed for me.. They are so helpful and much honest then any other salesman i know. I also ended up recommended my sister to go buy a vehicle and they gave me a referral fee of $100 which was great at the time because who cant use an extra $100 just to refer someone to buy a car! I would recommend this place to everyone because they dont tell lies like the other car dealers that i went to!! If something is wrong with the car they will fix it as long as you tell them about the problem!!

Good experience here. I did not encounter any crackhead salesmen. Maybe they had one a year ago, the guys there now are very good car people who are very honest. I went in not really knowing what to expect of the place but was pleasantly surprised. The salesman knew cars very well. The place was clean and organized unlike some other places Ive been to. And I got a deal and a half on a Nissan Maxima. I have had the car for a month and Ive not had any issues with it at all. Runs great and no headaches. I couldnt ask for more.

Purchased a very nice 2004 Ford Focus from Edds. Anyone can sell a used car but will they stand behind their product if a problem occurs. The answer is YES if you purchased it from Edds. Unfortunately a few days after owning the car a check engine light showed that the car needed a replacement catalytic converter and we all know they are expensive. The salesman told us not to worry and they would take care of everything. Long story short. Problem resolved and we now are driving a great used car thanks to Edds Auto Sales.

I brought a Car from A1 Auto with a Warranty. The Dealer never gave me the paperwork and refused to give me any information on it. I had to take him to court, and won over 2000.00 in repair fees. Warning!!!! This place is a rip off, dont buy any thing from this place. Others are right when you call with problems with your recently purchased vehicle, he curses you off than hangs up. Do your self a favor go some where else. Warning!!!! A1 Auto will scam you out of money this dealer is a scam.

Double/triple check everything!!!!! I purchased a car from here about a year ago. The dealer registered the vehicle at the RMV, but wrote the wrong address on my registration. I now owe about $250+ in late fees for my excise tax and registration because they were sent to the wrong address because of the dealers mistake. Not to mention the amount of problems the car had after I bought it.

Excellent experience buying a used car from Route 1 Auto Sales. The car we bought sprung a leak in the radiator a week after we bought it. We were nervous about bringing it back, but they took it right back and repaired the radiator. You can buy a car from lots of places, but used cars can develop unexpected problems. It was nice to deal with a business that stands behind their sales.
