They claim to care and want to provide you with a good car but the service is terrible. When you come back with the car and the problems, they try to make you feel like youre stupid and are making up those problems. I had to go back 4 times with car I had for less than 6 months. They even tried to say nothing was wrong with it and I had to fax the other mechanics report for them to know what the problem was! And then they wouldnt pay for the repairs! Thats not acceptable customer service. Dont waste your time and money. Because I trusted them after false promises of making sure the car was in good condition and now Im out of money I was going to use to go out if town for a wedding. If you dare decide to go make sure you immediately take the car to another mechanic. Do not use the same one they use which is up the street from the lot! I will never use them again too bad too. Too bad Regal I was planning on getting a Range Rover for my next truck.

I bought a car at this Regal Motors and its has been nothing but problems since. Everything I called they person that u need to talk to for some reason they are never there. Valerie the owner and the employees are bunch of scam artists. they will tell you any thing just to sale a car. Then when you go back to ask them about what they say, they will say they did not say whatever it was that they said. they will deliberately sell your cars when they know that something wrong with that car.

I have bought three cars from them and will be soon going back to trade in and get a 4th. Great group of people especially Valerie treats you like a human being and puts you first, she makes the car buying expierence the best Ive ever seen. I refer many people to regal and also have family and friends go there and all have nothing but the best to say! Hands down 5 stars all day

They dont even deserve the one star Im giving them. I got my first car here and Ive had nothing but problems with it. I brought the car back to them multiple times to get it fixed and so I took it to another place and I have to pay around $1,300.00 for the problem that they didnt fix.

I bought my car here back in April and had nothing but problems . I needed something fixed, called and spoke with Jim.. he hung up on me after he said theyre not fixing it. Stay far away from this place . They dont even deserve the 1 star that theyre getting .

Love this place!! Ive bought 3 cars here and have been super successful! I started with Regal with weak credit. Valerie is a miracle worker with the financing. Because of this my credit score is awesome and Im in the process of buying a house!
