Bought a Toyota. 1 month later the harmonic balancer cracked . Was driving when it happened. Took to my mechanic and he showed me that someone else had worked on it before. They forced the part in. Thats why it cracked .needed to replace serpentine belt also, since it got soaked with engine oil. . 1 month was enough for the warranty not to be valid anymore. . . Other than that . The car is solid. ......thus did cost me an extra $300ish, on top of the price I paid "in full" for the car. Sucks, because I know this shop was the one who messed up putting that part.
