I went to check out a car at this dealer 777 auto used cars located in Weymouth, MA. I called and spoke with the ower to get some information about the car where he proceeded to tell me it was a nice car in good shape and told me it would be worth the trip since it is over an hour from my house to the dealer. I get there and the car looks like it has been in a bumper car event there is mild to heavy damage to every side and corner of the car. The car at one time had been driven under something because the front bumper and hood were scratched and dented. The drivers door mirror had been ripped off with a very big scrape across it and the mirror was replaces with a mismatched mirror. Passanger side door was hit and pushed in. The rear bumper looked like it had been backed into the bolts that hold on a lisence plate for another car about 200 times. All 4 tires had dry rot and funny rear and chunks out of them. Front two wheels had major damage not sure how the wheels were holding air. The clutch has only 10-20% life left max. This would have been the 3rd car of this make and model all manual transmissions that i would have had. I know these cars and what a good and bad clutch feels like and when I mentioned all of the problems with the car the owner said I did not know what I am talking about that the car had a couple scratched but everything else was fine. Even though I did not buy the car I cant believe he is going to try to sucker someone into that death trap. All I drive is manual transmission cars and he tries telling me that a clutch that is almost dead is in great shape. I wish there was something more I could do to help warn people of this lying dishonest sales person/ used car dealer owner who will say anything to get the sale and not care baout what may be wrong with the cars he sells. I am afraid to see a new driver take all the money they saved to buy a car go to this guy and end up with a car that need all kinds of work and they get the short deal.

I want to preface this review by mentioning that I did a lot of shopping around online and knew exactly what I wanted before visiting the dealership. Bought a well-maintained, one owner, 2003 Lexus ES300 with only 50k miles for $7,300 (not including tax) 2 months ago and wont have to worry about a car for the next 10 years. I did the brakes and an oil change professionally partially because I wanted to get the car looked at. Every pro ive had look at the car remarks on what good condition it is for its age. I detailed the car, buffed the headlights, changed cabin and engine air filters and cleaned throttle body myself as well as clearing the drain holes in the rear doors. With a little TLC, the car is good as new and I dont have to worry about major maintenance for a while, though the reliability of Lexus vehicles is no secret. I looked around 777s lot and it seems they are pretty good at finding the best values at auto auctions and most of their vehicles have a history you can easily review. Their variety is pretty good too! Hristo and Shane were very kind and accommodating though I wouldnt consider myself a tough customer. I am from out of state but they were very helpful in accommodating my unique situation registering the car out of state.

LIARS!!! I saw a Mercedes online, which the 777 auto ad stated was one-owner, so I contacted them. The salerman assured me it was all original with no accidents or paintwork. I was very particular because the dealership was far and I had to fly out there to see the car. After multiple assurances by the manager, I booked my flight, flew to Boston to see the car. Thats when the horror began!! The Mercedes had clean carfax history, but it clearly had unreported accident damage. The headlights were aftermarket and the driver side doors had been repainted and it was noticeable. Enraged, I pointed it out to the salesman, who directed me to the manager. The manager comes and boldly said its not accident, just repainted!!!! Ridiculous! Then, he tried to show me another car, which apparently had been sitting in their lot for months and tried to sell me that at a discount! $100 off the sticker!!! Such a waste of time and money. Never trust them even if you speak with them. They trick perspective buyers by luring them with a clean carfax bait. Small dealership, shady salesman! Liars!!!

I AM PURSUING A LAWSUIT AGAINST 777 AUTO! I cant believe some one would have the business mentality of 777 auto. UNFAITHFUL! I bought a car from them less than a month ago, and i have had nothing but problems. OWNER IS NOT HONORING MY WARRANTY! The starter motor went out with in 2 weeks of me purchasing the car, and i had to pay $700 out of my own pocket. It is stated in my contract that the starter is covered. I AM PURSUING A LAWSUIT AGAINST 777 AUTO! Also, there are other problems with the car that i have called and spoke with the owner about that he has not followed up on. The cd player wont work at all. He said he would get back to me and never did. I have been saving my money for 2 years to buy a car, and i am so disappointed with the passat i bought from 777 auto. I trusted them, and they really hurt me. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! I CANT BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!

I took out a law suit against 777 and won because of their dishonesty when they sold me a car. My daughter took her tax money to buy a car for her and my grandchildren. The carfax stated it was in great condition and they also said it to me as well. Two weeks later we started having problems and was told to bring it in, as we were en route to bring it the car smoked up and died on the highway. A long story short we were back and forth taking the car to them to get repaired with in the entire 4 months we had the car. Every time the claimed to fix it I took it into my own mechanic and found out they werent fixing it. Rusty parts were never replaced. They were messing with the wrong one because I wasnt paying money for trash. I took pictures and documentation from my mechanic and went to file a law suit and one. Buyers be ware, they are full of lies and deceit.

On 6-9-2017, I went to the the dealership to test a 2012 Lincoln MKZ. Auto had 3 issues, front brakes and/or rotors, engine latch and tire sensor was not working. Up front, they said if you clear the notice from the computer every time you start up the car, the message goes away. Other two issues they would send to their repair shop so I may test drive car again and have my repair shop look at car. On 6-13, I called dealer back to see if problems were fixed. Salesman checked with his boss and was informed that auto never went to repair shop. But if I put a deposit down, the dealer would prioritize the repair. No thank you, I replied but when you send it to your repair shop and the repairs are made you let me know. As of the day of this writing, no call back. Stay away if they are looking for a deposit for repairs!
