Cheaters!! Be careful with the rating, though the rating looks high, the number of people rated this shop is less. I fell for the same reason that they had higher rating but ignored the number of people reviewed this shop. Do not go here if this is your first time. Very bad service and wrong diagnosis. My car AC was not working as the compressor broke, all I needed was a compressor replacement. They quoted me 500$ with a one year warranty on parts and labor. They did replace the compressor with a cheap refurbished part, which at that time they said was 350$ with a one year warranty, and as one would expect it broke as soon as the AC was turned on. They knew it broke but came with a new story that the AC evaporator core has gone bad and its a bigger job and would cost me about 800$ to get that fixed. I was skeptical about this, went to a different repair shop and they said that there is nothing wrong with the evaporator core and the new compressor put in by One Stop Auto was a refurbished piece and is broken. They replaced the compressor and AC started working like a charm. I went back to One Stop Auto with the broken part and Carlo, the owner refused to pay me money back. I just wanted to pay me 150$ which is the actual price of the compressor he put in, which he told was 350$ when I first went to them. Finally ended up getting 250$ back from them but lost 250$ and had suffer with out AC for a longer duration because of their false claims.
