We used to shop at this location all the time when it was an Albertsons but since it changed over to a Tom Thumb, lets just say Kroeger and even Walmart are getting more of our business. They are still honoring the Dallas Cowboy discount but when there is less selection and at higher costs then what is the point. Im not sure who Tom Thumb is trying to target for their audience but providing less choice for products is not offset by saying look organics too. I thought Albertsons bought Tom Thumb, so if they were more successful any are they following the Tom Thumb store model, maybe they were tto successful before.

Pretty standard Tom Thumb. The customer service is good, the produce is well stocked and in great shape, and so far theyve had all the specialty items I went looking for (ethnic food items not typically at walmart). Only issue I have is the layout of the products/aisles kind of annoys me, and I may have just been during lunch time but the butcher counter has been completely empty both times I went back there. I stood for a few minutes and no one came by last time and I didnt have time to wait longer or go find someone. Havent tried the deli at this one yet but the stuff looked good.

Signed up for the new grocery delivery. They never showed up. Called customer service, super helpful, but couldnt get ahold of driver. I have no idea where the groceries are or went...they couldnt confirm if my card was charged to give a refund. I will have to check cc statement. I love you Tom Thumb, but this was bad business :(

Tom thumb always has a good selection and is overall very clean. They are maybe the best grocery store to get flowers at with a large selection even on high volume days like valentines day. Im much happier with Tom Thumbs than the Albertsons that was at this location before.

A dying breed. Never come her to wait less than 15 minutes to checkout. Even if its not busy. Only ever seen 1 checkout open. Tom Thumb is dying and cant be recessitated.

If I wanted to spend top dollar for produce or meat I would rather go to Krogers. Thier selection is better and majority of the store stock top dollar items worth thier price

Clean store but hard to find a check out clerk expect a delay. Price a little higher but ok! Pharmacy was open at 8am and waited until 9 am still no sign of a pharmacist

Looks very nice inside and I like the sushi bar. Tom Thumb is called Safeway were Im from. Also it can get expensive if you arent buying stuff thats on sale.

It would be nice if they had a 5 gallon water dispenser like Brookshire did. If your going to be a regular you definitely need their member card.
